Only reason I’m even giving 3 stars is because of Wendy. If not for her, I would rate ONE star. She was a very helpful saleswoman and helped me with my litany of needs/wants. She even helped me get quotes for several different quoted prices for specific pieces. However, the set I ended up going with was LABELED as available, which I was informed meant I could get as soon as I needed essentially. I am on no means on a time crunch for the furniture, but with the EXPECTATION, that I would be able to get the furniture I spent over $2,500 as soon as possible, I was excited and elated! Only to find out next day that it was actually falsely advertised as available and I won’t be able to get it until some unknown time in June, which is THREE months away. If my credit hadn’t already been ran for their financing option (which I didn’t even need just wanted to help my partner boost their credit) than I would have just taken my business elsewhere. Again, I would like to clarify that WENDY was marvelous and the epitome of customer service, the COMPANY and lack of options to make up for their lack of responsibility in advertising properly and running efficiently, is the issue. I would not recommend someone buy from here unless they get undeniable confirmation of delivery date, availability to match signage, and get help from Wendy. I will be extremely displeased and irate if I wait 3 month to get this piece of furniture that was stated as available and there are ANY issues with the piece itself or shipping, and if I have to wait even more for furniture I’m paying for but can’t even use. Read moreWe were greeted immediately upon entering and welcomed. We purchased a loveseat + sofa + wedge from Kathy. She was nice and told us she would call us when our order was ready to be picked up. We never recieved a call and had to reach out on our own to find out when our order was ready. We picked it up and drove 3 hrs home only to find the loveseat was defective because the frame was misaligned. I called in to this location 2 days after pickup, twice and two different men answered and stated they were placing an order for our product to be inspected and fixed by a tech, both times. we never heard from a tech or anyone else at this facility about our issue. Come to find out we were never contacted because we live too far away for a tech to come down, but why were we not told this in the first place? Why did I have to continue to reach out and being told the “issue was being resolved”? i called in a third time and Allison answered, she was so very helpful and patient. Immediately she resolved our issue and apologized and i felt very confortable that she would take care of the issue and we were issued an exchange. Again recieved no call from our saleperson Kathy about our exchange order being ready for pickup, just had to reach out again on my own. Read moreEdited to add: I contacted them for further support and after reviewing and discussing the concerns I again was just told there were no options available to me. I have additionally added a photo of the coloring completely wearing away from the head rest after about a year and a half. I purchased my leather power reclining sofa a little less than a year ago. My sales experience was great and they were very communicative about my order and delivery. When delivered there was some minor damage. One sofa side was replaced but still had some separation at the corner. A repair was offered and instead of going through ordering another we accepted the repair. We have noticed the cushioning is significantly flat and the leather is pocketing. The mechanism in the footrest is also sagging on one side. I came to the store in person to discuss the concerns and was told to follow up with some photos. The communication has been poor, having to reach out multiple times to get a response and now no longer responding though I was told a follow up would be made October 27th. I was told this is considered “normal wear and tear”. This is a household with just 2 adults, no kids no large dogs, etc. I have purchased furniture online for much less than $3K and not had it “wear” in less than a year.
