Really disappointed with our visit today. The new guy(he usually wears black tshirt)was super rude and didn’t show any kind of customer service. He kept speaking in his own language like we were supposed to understand, which made everything more frustrating.

We always come here for sugarcane juice, but today it was really dark and tasted awful. When we asked about it, he just said it depends on the sugarcane stick no apology or solution.

We also mentioned that some items in the store looked expired, and his response was, “Some things never expire.” That just felt careless.

Always check the date (manufacturing/expiry) of the product before you buy anything from this place. There are very good chances that you will find expired items on the shelf. A bit expensive compared to Aurora stores. The store is very unorganized, be careful while you walk and try not to fall because of empty cartons left on the floor all over the store.

Best time to visit (not a good idea though) is Thurs evening, the store is out of stock all the other times. And never think of going to store for returning anything, only thing you will left with is...

They have improved their cleanliness and organized their stock better than when i visited last year. They are looking like doing a better job than other stores around.

Update: i went at 8:58 and we just had to pick a frozen bhaturas pack for dinner but they didnt allow us at the gate a person rushed from inside as we opened the door and they said its closed. The sign still said open and there were still people at billing counter. I told them we just had to pick one thing but he said no and closed the door and then switched...
