Krisky Kreme was offering a “$13 for 2 dozen-1 dozen glazed, 1 dozen mix-n-match” deal for Super Bowl weekend. I drove 45 min away to the nearest location to treat myself since I hadn’t had Krispy Kreme in years. I waited 45 min in line to find that they were “out of product” to make the glazed donuts, and one of their machines was broken so they had very limited varieties/quantities available, hardly any that I would’ve wanted anyways-mostly only Kreme filled which makes me gag. Due to not having the product to make the glazed which was part of their deal, they weren’t honoring their deal and did nothing to accommodate the long line of guests who came specifically for the deal. There were numerous couples in front of me who ordered ahead online and their cards were charged and they didn’t get their donuts and the manager wasn’t giving them a refund or trying to make it right and told the people they had to wait an additional hour or more until they got the product needed to make their order. To top things off, the manager made ZERO attempt to communicate with the customers what issues they were having to the customers inside twiddling their thumbs nor the long line of cars in the drive thru wrapped around the building. I would never have wasted my time had the stupid manager walked his happy butt around the counter to communicate what was happening. I am sorely disappointed that they made zero attempt to make things right by offering a replacement deal, or just doing 2 mix-n-match dozens for the inconvenience. Instead, I walked out with nothing because they were going to charge me $13.99+ tax for ONE dozen instead of $13 for TWO as advertised. I was not about to pay more than the price advertised for half of what I should’ve gotten. Pretty terrible customer service. I won’t be going back to your location ever. Not...
Read moreI usually LOVE Krispy Kreme Donuts but I was VERY disappointed in the place. The selection of donuts was small and they did not seem to be making anymore considering there were tons of people working. I picked out my dozen, then it took almost 10 min for someone to check me out and the guy who ended up ringing me up was rude and seems annoyed. I got a dozen donuts plus a single donut. He didn't say anything to me, opened up the single donut bag looked inside then left it open and walked away to the back drive up window to ring up the order. Then finally asked if it was together I said yes, then he walked away again. Then came back to take my card, didn't tell me the total. I told him I had the rewards card. He just stared at me (apparently not knowing what that was), then some lady came over looking like she was opening one of the cash registers in the front. She ripped a piece of paper off receipts and asked for my phone number. She wrote it down and handed it to the guy who went to the back. I know I had a free single donut on my acct, but he never took the cost of the donut off and last I checked my acct the dozen donuts I bought did not show up on my acct either leading me to believe he didn't know what to do with the number or look up any information to give me the rewards. All of that was bad enough since I stopped "quickly" on my lunch break, but then when I tried a donut they tasted stale. Usually KK is soft and d delicous and dissolves in my mouth but this day, they were not good. I ended up throwing away 6 donuts by the next day. So sad! I will give this location one more try, because this is not the first time the donuts didn't seem to be fresh. But if the next time I go the food and service is disappointing I will stick to LaMars, they never disappoint. Get it together...
Read morePoor customer service. I ordered 16 counts of Assorted Minis through Ubereats and had a bad experience. This product should include four flavors, 4 strawberries with sprinkle/4 chocolate/4 chocolate with sprinkle/4 original. NOT RANDOMLY. But I only received two flavors. (4 chocolate and 12 original.) They should have let me know if there was no product and helped me to cancel or change my order. Anyway, I called the store and explained that this was not the first time, but I didn't even get an apology. The staff was annoyed with me and just said she would refund me, and that was it. Don't you just need to get a refund? No, there are no customers who purchase products expecting a refund. The staff should have apologized for this situation first. I would have understood and moved on if I had only heard an apology but no. She didn't say sorry until I asked her. When I asked if she wasn't apologizing, she kept cutting me off, saying, "I told you that I apologized and will refund you, okay?" Even though I told her I was mad because she didn't apologize until I asked her first, but she insisted that she apologized. This is my third time ordering this item, they didn't give me the correct item every time, and this was the worst. I'm not that picky, and I've never called to store. I also deal with customers, so I understand most of the mistakes. Whenever they gave me the wrong item, even though I got only 2 strawberries, etc., anyway I got 4 flavors so I wasn't mad. I just guessed it was out of stock; at least they tried, so I overlooked it. But for this time? It was a bit much. The order was a mess, and the staff was...
