Ordered 2 hoodies. When I received them one was damaged. I called right away left a vm. Then I emailed them. No return call but I got a email telling me to ship the damaged one back at my cost and then they resend another. First off I shouldn't be held responsible to pay more shipping on top of what I already paid for shipping when this is NOT my mistake. So I emailed back and got zero response! I am not in California or i would have went in store to deal with them directly. I'm going to go ahead and take it as a loss and never purchase anything again!! Hard earned money down the drain! Hoodies are poor quality to begin with. I should have stuck with Long Beach Clothing Co. Customer service is trash!! Waste of time and money!

I just wanted to say thank you for always answering your phone when I have questions, I ordered my husband’s Christmas gifts from here last week and I just received my order today when it said I would receive it tomorrow. They are friendly and easy to work with, and the sweatshirts I ordered are true to image and color! They didn’t have the color I wanted in one sweatshirt but they were able to call me right away and get a color close enough to the one I wanted and in the logo I wanted. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a shirt and hat for my dad for Christmas on Dec 7th. I have yet to get any updates on my order. I've emailed them - and tried to call but their number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
