Moxi Roller Skates — Local services in Long Beach

I ordered a pair of skates back in early July. And never received them. Why? Because Moxi not only did NOT communicate about multiple delays in shipping (without having to reach out first) and then again when the skates would be shipped, but made no effort to make sure the customer got the skates after a six month wait time. Their lack of transparency (if you are behind on production, you need to tell customers you are SOLD OUT instead of continuing to take peoples' money), lying about skate arrival times, and then saying they cannot change the shipping address with UPS, but then go ahead and change it to ''return to sender', and then only issue a partial refund (all without communicating any of this with customer). Moxi is incredibly unprofessional, untrustworthy, and provides horrible customer service. DO NOT SUPPORT...

I love my skates, but I can’t afford the Jack boot which I really would love (sad face). I am but a poor lost circus performer looking for a skatepark nearby everywhere I travel. I’ll be bringing my Moxi Panther skates to the middle of the Amazon and throughout Ecuador next month and I can’t wait to go on the prowl. Internationally embarrassing myself seems to be a favorite activity of mine. I’m still a beginner ish skater but not afraid to bomb down into any bowl with the proper and sometimes false security of knee pads 😹🛼 Love my moxi skates and will buy more. Went for an in-person fitting with my daughter and I am so glad we did. We have only been skating a short time, still have tons to learn, we had the BEST experience getting fitted. Kayla and Sydney took the time to teach us about our skates and really guided us to the best products for our goals. Would 100% recommend if you are local to SoCal, or if not there is a virtual option. Can't thank the Moxi team enough, beautiful quality products, kind and helpful people, you can feel the skating...
