Listening to the customer or repeating the name to double-check you give the correct order right is very important! I placed my order, and 30 min later, I still had to wait for it. The young lady at front had told me "oh its still being cooked " when I walked in and gave my name for pickup, to my surprise within minutes another man walks in and says "excuse me, this is not my order, this is for Nayeli" (ME) then the same cashier grabbed it and wanted to just hand it to me like nothing had happened. I worked in food service before, and serving food that another customer brought back IS NOT SANITARY. So I kindly asked to get it made again, which, to my surprise, the SAME cashier just responded, "Oh no problem, I'll just repackage it in a different container" I was very disappointed so I kindly asked to get a refund, I'll take my money and go somewhere else, unfortunately I could get that either because THE MANAGER wasn't on site so the cashier in the back told me "we could give you free wings, your receipt so you can come back another day" that wasn't my point at all. It's unfortunate all this happened, I've been coming to the same location for years, but after today's accident, not anymore. First time and last time!!!. Horrible customer service. I place my order online, when picking it up gave order number they didn't even bother to look for the number they go by name, they gave me someone else order, had to drive back and get mine. Once at home they will messed up my order too by not giving me my buffalo fries and the bread sticks, I called and they say we'll comp you for next time. Instant Classic! I loved it!!! I have eaten here several times. Never had a bad experience. Always clean, food is always fresh and delicious. Very good prices. I'm so happy they are now on uber eats! I cant imagine anyone having a complaint about this place. They have a variety of different choices for the chicken that is used on the buffalo fries. I ordered honey bbq, which is my favorite.
