OMG Burgers and More — Restaurant in Long Beach

Philly native and big supporter of small businesses, but unfortunately OMG is a miss.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, potato salad and mac & cheese.

The PRO'S:

-Lots of meat on the sandwich. -The bread was delicious, seemed authentic (Amoroso). -The potato salad and mac & cheese were decent.

The CON'S:

-The meat lacked flavor/seasoning. -Barely any cheese on the sandwich. -They got my order wrong, forgot to put lettuce on it. -And unfortunately after fixing it,they used leaf lettuce rather than shredded lettuce....a cardinal sin for any hoagie/cheesesteak. -No bathroom, had to use the one at the taco restaurant next-door. -The table was dirty, had ketchup all over it. No excuse, the place was dead, I was the only person. -Only has outdoor seating, so unfortunately it's like a freeway, very noisy. -Only street parking.

Hopefully the owner takes this constructively. It may seem harsh, but I'm simply relaying my experience.

I understand that restaurants have a very slim profit margin, all the more reason to get it right...

My daughter and I stopped by today to grab a bite to eat while we were enjoying a concert at the park. The whole family loved it. We ordered the smash burgers, potato salad, baked beans, and my youngest got the chili cheese nachos. The food was great and the portion sizes were huge. My kids loved it, and the owner was super nice and friendly. He even gave my daughter a free shaved ice to try. And the food was quick. We hardly waited for it.

The down side would be the outdoor seating. The street is super loud, so I wouldn't want to eat there. However, we'll totally be back whenever we have a sporting event at the high school or just playing at the park. It's...

I usually don't write reviews, but this FOOD is GREATTTTT the macaroni and cheese is outstanding also the potato salad is also outstanding. I be going there every other day to buy either there macaroni and cheese or there potato salad.They also have a AWESOME cheesesteak sandwich i think its made for 2 people to eat but its a one serving size...They have GREAT customer service i allways get treated with LOTS OF LOVE when i order..i have told all my friends whenever there hungry...
