It’s decent but not mind-blowing nor particularly unique. If you’re hungry and in the mood for some tacos then these will fill you up for a fair price.

I had the carne asada mulita and it was surprisingly cold with unmelted cheese. The red and green sauces were almost undetectable. Red was supposed to be the spicer of the two but I think sriracha has a bigger kick. Can’t tell if the green sauce had any spice in it as I drenched the remainder of the mulita in it.

All in all, it’s an okay spot if you’re local or have a large family to feed but if you live further then it’s probably not worth the drive just for the tasting experience.

In response to the owner (1) : The food doesn’t have to be “mind-blowing” but it was cold and had unmelted cheese. It’s fair to ask for warm food right? That’s why I did not add another star. I understand if red/green sauces aren’t as spicy since that’s my opinion. But I don’t think sriracha or Taco Bell hot sauce should be spicier than the red sauce.

Pros: Clean, modern restaurant Fast order, good service Fair price Nice menu Good portions

Room for improvement: Warm food/melted cheese Make red sauce hotter Add flavor to green sauce if it’s not supposed to be spicy Carne Asada was dry, see if it’s possible to add more...

I like the food - and I hope I can revise this review upwards if they fix some issues. Here are my repeated problems: First. If I order and select “guacamole on the side”, and I pick up my taped CLOSED to-go bag; about 65% of them time in my experience, no guacamole when I get home. I have a LARGE sample size for this, it’s a regular problem. Second, if your order to-go on their app, it’ll give you a progress tracker that (a) is a much longer time estimate than reality, and (b) can show the food order unfinished even though it’s been done and sitting near the counter unheated - and no one working there will say anything. So, you can be there waiting for your to-go food to get finished watching a false progress meter on the app to show you when your food is done, the meter gets to the end (done), you go to the counter, and they hand you a bag of room temp food that’s been sitting behind the counter for 15 minutes or more. All they have to do to fix this is have someone speak up say “[name] order is ready”. If your eyesight is good enough, you can look over the counter and read the employees’ screens to see order status. There not there for customers and they’re far away, so I can’t see them - maybe you can. Anyway, I go back...

11.10.24---- /-----3rd review: Tacos are on the incline better than before earned back a star. Service is excellant as always. Clean establishment.

07.23.22----//-----2nd re-review: Tacos quality has declined so sad bc this was a good place to recommend to my friends & family. The only thing is that this is just a mediocre place to have tacos. The only taco that had flavor is the adobada. The Carne Asada is very bland, & the salsa is not up to par.

1st review: Customer Service is excellent she was right on point & super friendly. The mulita was ok for me, but my spouse devoured it as he does with anything edible. I did order the tacos even though I had my salsa & guac on the side they were delicious. I do not care for the guac, plus it's not for me. The salsa is a bit bland & not even slightly spicy, an item worth improving overall. The tacos still remain delicious. In fact, they were so delicious I often thought about my #1 spot Taco Nazo, & their tacos. Taco Masa came in on my radar & would be my #2 in the taco world of tacos. Taco Masa definitely deserves a revisit & given time for salsa improvement. If Taco Masa had the salsa from Taco Nazo, they would no doubt dominated in the taco world of tacos. To be...

I had a very disappointing experience at TacoMasa. First off, I was charged extra for upgrading my drink size, but the cashier never mentioned there would be an additional charge. I only found out after seeing the bill, which felt like a sneaky surprise. When we asked what toppings came with the tacos, the cashier told us that they all came with guacamole, salsa, onions, and cilantro. However, the Lengua taco I ordered came out plain, without any of the toppings that were promised. It was basic and lacked flavor, which was really frustrating for something that should have been a highlight. To make things worse, my Asada taco had extra pieces of fat or tissue, making it hard to enjoy. The adobada burrito I ordered was also disappointing—only the top part had meat, while the rest was just filled with rice and beans. Overall, the food was below average, and the lack of transparency and attention to detail made for a really underwhelming experience. I won’t be going there again, and I definitely won’t recommend it. To be honest with you, I even feel bad for leaving the tip that I did.

Curious about the taco selection for about one year though always around Tacomasa when it isn't open, I'm glad about the establishment popping up on my UberEATS menu (with a promo available at the time too) when looking for Vegan options. I call in to confirm details about the menu, and customer service ensures my order is Vegan. I order the Jamaica Quesadilla and the Jamaica Torta. The main difference flavorwise is between the bread/wrapping. Otherwise, both share similar, if not the same, ingredients; both meals are very salty though a good reminder to eat Spinach because I recall feeling quite wonderful the following morning. I like the taste of the torta bread more so than the quesadilla wrapping. The sauces don't seem necessary for these meals: the flavors don't mesh in a way that boosts these meals' flavors more so than makes the meals a bit spicier and/or wetter, to me. Even so, for dinner, I do prefer a meal with more protein though I sleep soundly afterward.

If you're looking for the best tacos in town, look no further! From the moment you walk in, the savory smell of freshly grilled meats and homemade tortillas fills the air, promising an unforgettable experience. The menu offers a variety of taco fillings, from tender al pastor and juicy carne asada to flavorful fish and veggie options, each prepared with the finest ingredients. The tacos are perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of seasoning, freshness, and heat. The homemade salsas are a standout, offering a range of flavors from mild to fiery that complement every bite. The service is fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're a taco connoisseur or a first-timer, this place is sure to satisfy your cravings and leave you coming back for more. A true gem in town!
