Havana Manor — Local services in Longmont

I came here a few times and really enjoyed the whole experience. I brought my friend one time to show him this hidden gem .We used the torches provided there and my friend accidentally put the torch in his pocket unbeknownst to me. The next time I came in to relax and have a nice day I was bombarded with lies, false accusations and disregard for my rights. Btw it is illegal to discriminate based on association. To deny service to someone you mush have legal grounds, which they do not. They claim that have video footage if that's true they can clearly see that my friend pocketed the torch without my knowledge. My friend who didn't mean to steel the torch looked for it found it and returned it the day he found out he took it. The overall atmosphere at this place especially when the lady is working is very uncomfortable for me now and that is not good costumer service. I also agree with the other review where the reviewer comments that the lady hovered over him to the point where he had to confront her about it. This place seriously needs to fire her and apologize sincerely to there 2 loyal costomers they...

I am NOT a cigar person and I LOVE coming here! The atmosphere is great, the staff are amazing, and the product selection is incredible. Even with Covid, they are taking great precautions and still manage to make the environment friendly, welcoming, and exactly what you would ask for in a Cigar Lounge.

Their smoke shop Smoker Friendly right next door also has incredible prices, great pieces if you're looking to pick up a quick something for someone or for your self, and the staff are really just awesome. Tom especially has a knowledge for the products they carry, and he got me hooked on these fantastic CBD ciggies, which are the company's own product!

Excellent new facilities. Big walk in humidor and a large public smoking lounge inside and patio smoking outside. They had nice tables where you could work on a laptop while enjoying a smoke. The biggest thing lacking is enough parking, only a small lot out front which is old and cracked which made it hard to park motorcycles on because the kickstand sank into the lot. It's also in an older section of Longmont. If they would have had better parking I would give them a 5 star rating. Good news is, their cigar prices did not seem to go up due to the move.
