La Panda Mexican Restaurant II — Restaurant in Longmont

Okay so let's talk about this. First of all the food here is magnificent. The prices are great and the staff is super friendly so overall this is a great place and you should go here for food because it is authentic and the atmosphere is wonderful and that's why they are getting 5 stars. HOWEVER I have to talk about our server because she was pretty awful. From start to finish it was like pulling teeth and although she was super nice we have to talk about some things. Right away she told us she forgot her book so she couldn't write down our orders so we had to yell our orders out to her while she was at the POS station about two times each because she wouldn't put in the correct thing. Then after we order she comes back about ten minutes later and tells us that the meat most of our party ordered is out of stock which is fine except it took so long to communicate with us and then we re-ordered by yelling again. When bringing drinks she forgot multiple times to bring certain ones. When bringing us our food she wasn't sure which type of meat was in a plate she brought out so she ATE THE MEAT OUT OF MY FRIENDS TACO RIGHT IN FRONT OF US WITH HER HANDS which was just unprofessional. We asked for boxes which she was very kind about and brought us when our meal was finished but this was our first time so afterwards we sat there for ten minutes or so waiting for a check to then go up and ask and find out that apparently you pay at the counter as you leave, nothing wrong with that except the lack of communication. And then to finally top it all off when we said we were paying separately she took probably about another 15-20 minutes to check us out and rang three of us up incorrectly and there were only 7 of us. She was very kind and very friendly I just hope for better service from her...

My husband and I went and had chips and salsa, a house and strawberry margarita, cheese enchiladas and a smothered bean and cheese deluxe burrito. The chips were very thick and not warm, and the salsa was too spicy. The house margarita was awful - just tasted like sweet and sour and very basic tequila. The strawberry wasn’t much better, it had so much strawberry flavoring that it was too sweet. The main courses were pretty good, what you would expect, but not great. But all of that came to be $35 or something, which seemed high for what we ordered. Probably won’t go back. Just spent too much money for it to not...

Very good authentic Mexican restaurant. I thought I was back Nuevo Laredo. From the cantina music to the guys at the bar everything was very Mexican. The food was very good. I had pork cartagena's. My wife had the combination Chili Reino and enchilada. She said that corn tortilla on the enchilada was excellent. My food was very good as well. Service was very good even though the place was crowded on the bar side. The restaurant side not so much. As a matter of fact we were the only ones in there. Highly recommended if you're in Longmont, I want some authentic...
