I cannot recommend enough!!

My iPhone was deleting contacts and every forum said it needed the newest update. (Which I HATE doing) I refuse to use iCloud and plugged my phone in to do a manual backup before downloading the update. Phone went completely black and decided to restore itself. Due to low storage on my computer, the backup was corrupted and I lost everything. I spoke with Apple in chat, phone, person - each told me that I was SOL, but my computer still had some files on it. I paid for a corrupt file repair program and still nothing. The next day I spoke with my old computer guy and he recommended I go to Geek Squad.. they told me I had a 2-3 day turnaround with no guarantee. I googled phone repair in my area, Bizarre popped up with high reviews. I called and told them my situation and Pavel said to come on by. Luna went through my computer and could see there were files, but couldn't guarantee a successful backup but would try and see what happens. After 1.5 hours of waiting for the phone to back up, my photos and majority of my contacts restored. Pavel repaired a speaker spring clip attachment on my 30 year old Bose home entertainment system. I contacted four other repair shops and no one would consider repairing it. Someone referred me to Bizarre Electronics Repair and when I called Pavel, he immediately asked me to take a picture of the connection and then said he could fix it. He did so at a reasonable price, and was very helpful by transporting the fairly heavy unit from my car up the stairs to his shop. The repairs were done as promised and at the price quoted. I am really happy to have discovered someone who is willing to work on older electronics and who can deliver such good results. I will not look anywhere else, but I will return to Pavel anytime I need some further electronics repair work done.
