Do not do business with this buddy’s. I placed an order through their website. Was called the next day saying it’s ready to be picked up. Showed up to the store and to my surprise they did not have it In that location. Was told they would have to order it from one of the sister stores. So I went ahead and told them yes please I do want it. Was told no more than a couple days… Well more than a month later they haven’t called me back or tried to reach out to me. This is the second time they have done this once with my mother and now me. I have bought a tv from this location before as well but To get to the point, if what your looking for is not inside that store location you visit then then I highly recommend going else where because they will not help you get what YOU want. They want to sell you what they have only in that store location if they have to order it from one of the sisters locations then just forget about it they will not put in any effort to help you out. One star because I have done business...

Place is a joke they dont work with you on anything...pay an arm and a leg for a bunch of bs. God forbid you are late 1 week. Threatening cops...completely rude unprofessional JOKES. Need a huge lesson in customer service and how to treat people..you are renting furniture for gods sake and are acting like it is the end of the world if someone is barely late. I knooow its not in your pay grade to act like the police hahaha. Like i said they are a bunch of jokes. Dont rent from these guys..I can guarentee all the positive reviews are employees. I cant tell you how many times i have been standing in there to make a payments and people come in LIVID at them for how they are treated, the type of messages that are left to people threatening and harrassing. I have worked with this store exclusively for years. Needed a laptop and thought I'd try rentacenter...wasn't happy with what I would get for the price so immediately crossed the street to my favorite store. They brought out this wonderful laptop...but the sound wasn't working I couldn't go in right away because of physical and life situations, and when I finally was able to bring it in, I had spent every dime and didn't think they'd let me get it back til the next month when I'd made a payment.
