The store manager at the longview location. Tina is very rude. Bought a cabinet that I couldnt get a good look at cause it was hidden behind several other pieces of furniture. I went ahead and paid for it. Sent my husband to pick it up. Two employees loaded it in my suv. Got it home unloaded it. Set it up and noticed the doors would not stay closed. Took it back to get a refund. They looked it over and found a hairline crack on a corner and Tina refused to give me a refund. She saw a 2x4 in my truck bed and said that it slide into it and broke it. I said no it didn’t she refused the return and just walked away and went back into the store. I started checking out every angle of the dresser. I found 6 cracks from one end to the other. The hinges were not screwed all the way in. There was places that never got stained and where stain dropped and didn’t get cleaned up. I spend around $1,000 a month here. But not anymore. 30 day return policy but must be in resealable condition. If you buy a piece furniture really really look at it before...
