Burger King — Restaurant in Longview

Great BK location. Food was good. Nice flowers on the outside. Was clean on the inside. The ladies there where working on a Friday afternoon in September 2025 where kind and friendly. We had a nice laugh and they lady that took our order was positive and gave off a good/friendly/fun vibe. Can't say that about a lot of fast food places where the person behind the counter seems to hate working and doesn't want to be there, but yet somehow they still are and I have to spend my hard earned money and yes get food, but not before I am forced to deal with their terrible attitude and in many cases they have a the "gull" to have a screen that says "tip"!!! (Sorry for going down a rabbit whole there!) HOWEVER, that was not the case here, she was happy to be there or at least putting on a good face, but to be honest, I think she just was a nice/kind person that like interacting with people. I know they are short staffed, as everyone is these days BUT the only clean table to sit at in the lobby was a 2 seater, there was 3 of us, it worked ok, I suppose, since we just pulled up another dirty chair. Floors were sticky and bathrooms were awful. Food took forever and was not what I would normally expect from Burger King. My original Chicken sandwich was lacking everything. My son ordered the 10 piece spicy Habanero chicken nuggets, he enjoyed them all, except the 2 regular nuggets just thrown in, instead of the spicy ones (which is the WHOLE REASON we went there) I have learned to lower my expectations Now a days...since everyone is short staffed. I don't argue, or send back food because I'm thankful for the people actually working...but we were definitely disappointed in those new spicy Habanero...

I dont like giving bad reviews and im hoping this one was just a one time bad day. I went through the drive thru for a kids meal and got the 6 piece chicken nuggets and fries. I was in a tad of a hurry so i got down the rd and my daughter had already given my son a chicken nugget. He asked for anotherone and i got one out...it was not even a little fresh....i mean not even sure it was cooked the same day. She said she didnt look at the one she gave him but the remaining ones all looked old and not even warm..the fries were just yuck. And i love bk fries. These were old.....now this happened at 10 in the morning not even noon yet. I was on my way to deal with a family emergancy so i couldnt turn around. It happened on the 24th of Sept. Im not sure I will go back to this bk having others to...
