Spent over $15.00 6-13-24 and it was close to closing time but they were still taking orders inside and in drive thru! I wasn't sure what time they close on Saturday because I usually come during the day. The chicken wasn't properly cooked it was rushed due to they were closing I believe! I did call š sunday evening 6-14-24 and ask to speak to a manager! I asked him for his name because I like to know who I'm speaking with and he had an bad attitude, very unprofessional over the phone and terrible customer service! I don't understand how he is a manager! He claim his name is Bill and he was very rude and ignorant over the phone talking to his co-workers instead of talking to the customer! I kept saying hello because he act like I wasn't on the phone! I was trying to conduct business over the phone and he don't know how and I asked him was there another manager I could speak with besides him because he was non caring and don't know how to speak professionally over the phone! Bill really piss me off because I was trying to tell him about the chicken wasn't cooked all the way! I know what Golden Chick taste like and it was horrible! The manager refused to listen and had no concern about the food because it wasn't his food! He don't deserve the position he have because he is very unprofessional, unpleasant, ignorant , uncertain, repulsive, disrespectful,disturbing behavior! Yes I thru the chicken out because we were mad about the food and we threw it in the garbage at Jack -n- the box after making a purchase there and we went to Sonic! Had to go elsewhere to spend more money to receive better customer service have receipts to provide it and on š· throwing the chicken in their garbage! Owners please respond before I call the health department! Bill said the health department want do anything and I asked him if he would like for me to provide him wrong and hung up in his face because he is a problem! Still haven't received replacement!
