I really wanted to give you 5 stars for the work you did spraying the bed liner for my new 2022 Ram Power Wagon because the workmanship was great but the way I was treated as soon afterwards as I had paid for the service by accusing me of, as you put it “Bad Mouthing” your business to another gentleman who was waiting with me for his 23 year old F150 to have new running boards installed just because one of your employees thought he overheard me say something negative about your business because you had refused to install a new canopy on my truck because the manufacturers you were certified with would not allow it for Ram Box fitted trucks ( as was explained to me by Jennifer the week before when I scheduled the bed to be sprayed, which I accepted the explanation at that time) When in fact I was just having an innocent conversation with the other waiting customer about canopies in general and that there was a system designed for Ram Boxes that I had found on the internet that would lift your canopy up off you Ram truck in 45 seconds with the push of a button resulting in being able to access my Ram Boxes. Never once was mentioned anything about your business wanting or not wanting to install it for me or any other reference to your business. I was very embarrassed by the whole situation and challenged the owners to call the other customer I was sitting with and verify the truth of the matter that I gave them. After leaving there I wondered why they would challenge a 72 year old well mannered customer like myself even if their miss information had been true? Only thing I could come up with is they let their egos get the best of them and that is why I’m only giving them 3 stars. I can only hope they leaned something useful here going forward that good performance is more than just doing the task well they were hired for, it is also how you treat your customer/fellow man. I appreciate the owner taking the responsibility for his action explained in the review. The only other problem I had of a logistical sort was there were no cups available in your waiting area for customers wanting a glass of the cold water you keep in that area. Would have been nice having a drink during the 3 hours...

Excellent service, well beyond expected! Jennifer was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She communicated well, often and proactively.

They offered assistance returning my truck while I was out of town so it would be waiting for me upon return. This required them to work outside their normal hours and saved me both time and inconvenience.

When I could not find a way to attach my existing awning to the new roof bars they gave me new bars, for free, that did facilitate my awning, allowing me to keep the awning, and installed the new bars, also for free.

Any questions I had were promptly answered, even though some inquiries were unique to my vehicle and required Jennifer’s time to research, which see did with a positive attitude and helpful demeanor. I was never made to feel that my questions were dumb or that I was asking too many.

I often felt like I was their only customer (which I wasn’t) given their dedication and determination to ensure my needs were met.

I considered working through similar businesses in Portland, which is closer to me, but can’t imagine receiving even half the level of service. The decision to work with LineX in Longview was definitely a good one.

The products (truck bed canopy, bed liner and roof rack bars) are great and well-installed.

Last summer I called a number of canopy installers including Line-X in Portland. I chose this shop simply from the way my call was handled. Dustin was professional and very frank in what to expect due to Covid delays. I stopped by in late November and Jennifer showed me all choices available for my new truck’s make and model. ARE was the only option that had a canopy, but delivery was delayed until February. I ordered and paid for what I wanted. The time from order to delivery was Dec-April. They kept me updated and were apologetic for the manufacturer’s back log. As soon as it arrived complete with options they scheduled the install and everything was done as they promised. I am surprised to see anything but 5⭐️reviews, since their communication, sense of urgency and care in providing service is impeccable. While I had to wait for manufacturing, longer than I had hoped, it was not due to anything this shop could have done differently. The canopy and accessories are fantastic. Cleanly wired and perfectly installed. Good people who sure treated me and every other customer I witnessed in the shop, with the utmost of care and professionalism. I look forward to buying a new brush guard from them and and a few other accessories they carry. They are experts and I wish them continued success...
