This is for gators dockside only.. I would like to say to begin with, as a former employee of another location, im prob a little biased.. My middle son picked here for his 12th bday after his concert.. We went not realizing it was wing night, so we had a 25min wait to begin with, which was understandable.. We then helped clean our own table, which was ok, as well.. It then took our server 3 trips to just bring us our drinks.. It then took another 10-15min after he delivered our drinks to come back and get our food order.. We passed on apps bc we waited so long already... After we ordered we rem we needed to add a basket of fries, which then came out immediately, but we wanted it all together.. Now usually at wing places give you a side of blue chz or ranch, which ue asked us which one, did not tell us it was another charge, which half of us didnt want it, we just ordered it bc we thought it came with... It then took another 50min to get our food, and it came out cold!!! We tried to talk to the manager for a half hour, but no one could seem to find him, then he apparently had just left for the day... They took off the kids meal, the cheapest thing of course, which was 4.99, on a 90dollar check.. And on top of it all, they wouldn't even sing happy birthday for my son!!! I worked for this company 2 diff times in my life, and this stuff would have...

I went to check in and the wait was 4 mins—-which was ideal since my wife was shopping. I walked to the location and there was another patron insisting that he’d already checked in. After it was determined he had not, Yaneece added him to the wait list which was me followed by him. YANEECE decided it was ok to go ahead and put him ahead of me even tho I followed the directions of checking in. Guess he’s a repeat customer and she was gunning for that tip. I would’ve gladly tipped for a job well done. In the end it was a classless move resulting in mutual embarrassment. Clearly I’m not considered important in this establishment.

To make matters worse I called to get her name after leaving and she hung up on Me without responding! YANEECE HAS NO CLUE HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. If You own this place you may want to have some additional training...
