4/4/21 I had 4 items one in which I picked off a $5 sale rack, when I got to register that sale item came up as $16. I explained to cashier it’s a sale item and there were more than one like that item on the sale rack. The manager went to look and came back and said it was actually not on sale but full price. Okay I paid full price for it and then I went back to the rack to take a picture of the sign and the items. By the time as I was done paying they moved the sign, so I asked did someone move the sign? The manger actually looked me in my eye and asked “which sign?” She went on to tell me they don’t have $5 signs. I’m okay with paying full price, I’m okay with the mistake that the items was misplaced, but to make me feel like a fool as though I didn’t see the $5 sign is rude and insulting.
