7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

Been spending our money here at this store every sents they opened,and was I Really disappointed in the poor customer service, that I received from the new people running the location in the afternoon. They never greeted me or any other customers walking inside the store, I felt very embarrassed on how things were handled you guys should really teach you’re employees and your new employers better customer service skills when dealing with the public !!! There's 4 new people 3 guys and one female seems to me that they're family members running the store. This Female behind the register thrown my change at me after giving my money to her for purchasing my NOS Drinks near the register she was very rude and very disrespectful. 😔😔😔 now we feel very uncomfortable and discriminated when we walk inside the store. I have been coming here for four years and was decently close with the cashiers after coming here literally every morning and evening as I live right down the street. Tonight my partner tried to take his life and had my phone on him so I wasn’t able to call an ambulance. I ran to 7/11 and explained the situation asking to use one of their phones to call an ambulance to my apartment and hopefully reach my partner. All of the men working here tonight refused to let me use any of their phones despite me explaining the gravity of the situation and every single one of them acted like I was crazy. I went to this market ro use the restroom this was ny third store in the area that would not allow customers to use the restroom. What kind of disrespectful behavior to not allow people to have access to basic needs. Im not from here and what I see with the amount of homelessness , disrespect and inhumane treatment of others ,I am perplexed why people live here. Treat people right and humanely!
