Let me explain this place you pull up you can either park outside or there is a security guard that watch your cars or you can park down in the parking structure sometimes they charge but now lately they have been not been charging.Prce $25 for 8 hrs.Ok so you then go to the elevator you go upstairs to the third floor once you go off of the elevator on the third floor you will feel a sense of serenity. There's only one way to go once your off a later you go to the reception desk they will ask you with services are you here for it is $25 for 8 hours to enjoy all of the great amenities you will love trust me. I do know if you give an extra $10 you can stay the night over which most people do and get up and go to work from there told her relax not in a crazy state of mind.I do suggest that the US Postal Service workers be mandated to go there at least twice a month. They have a great body scrub which our recommend and the massages there are cheaper than Burke Williams no disrespect Burke's Williams I do not like paying $200 and don't even have half of the amenity Spa Palace offers, plus they have a co-ed section inside there as well. Okay once you have told the reception all the services you would need they would then judge you by your size give you your t-shirt and shorts and the towel and also you have to sign in and get a key bracelet, what is a key bracelet? That will be your money no need to carry cash in your bra or....? But please do bring cash with you the cash or credit card or debit card will remain in your locker. So you put it on your key bracelet you walk to your locker you take your wrist or your arm and you scan your locker the Locker within go from a red light to a green light and open up YouPlay soluble onie's inside there including your cash and cell phone it's time to relax. You will be in all female all male room you can walk around as pretty as you want once you exit through those other doors you may want to have on that uniform. It is co-ed from that exit door on out. You walk out and see to massage chairs that massage from your feet to your head that is only thing that will take cash it's a $1 for I believe 3 minutes you can peek your head and all the rooms they have a gold room,Himalayan salt room, a clay ballroom, quiet room,a cold room a kid's room with a tv inside. There is also a big huge wall and the TV on are some people take their do tablets and hang out there quietly they have Matt's and small pillows for you to lay comfortably there is also a food area that is right there they have opened up your menu quite a bit. They now serve alcohol upstairs which is a great bonus when you bring your kids.🤣 for all the people like to eat healthy there is some nice gray healthy smoothies that are there they have soda juice chips candy and much more. Okay so let's go to the door you open the door you can go outside down to the beautiful garden area which will lead you to the pool where if you go in for the club they have spinning lights there's a bar there they have a limited food downstairs that pool is room temperature they have Jacuzzis and he also another pool that has massaging water heads that massage you like no other ladies and gentle enjoy by yourself or with your family. Please remind full that when you are checking out you have to give them your key bracelet and they will give you your balance that you owe and you then pay at the end thank you.

Very Good & Very Bad. (maybe just a little bit dangerous). The SPA IS NICE, DINNER WAS NICE, the SERVICE WAS VERY BAD. i would go back, if the service was friendly & capable. More on that later if you care. Parking There is a small parking garage, very close to the elevators, go to the 3rd floor for reception. I parked (for free) i think some reviews mentioned they paid, i got the best parking spot, maybe they weren’t very busy, Thursday night around 8:30-ish. Reception The host(s) were both very young women, one was new to the space very friendly, but deferred to the other for most all questions. The other one seemed to know the drill, but wasn’t very welcoming This is a nice facility overall. It is very clean and well laid out. It appears to be newer construction than most of the other K Spas in the area. Mens facility has 2 hot tubs, one hotter than the other, and an cold water plunge tub. It also has a dry sauna which is fine, but the upstairs coed spas are all nicer. The steam room in the mens seemed to be only partially working, so it had a very little amount of steam and was more like a warm humid day, a little musty, not really a hot wet healthy room. The coed space The coed space is nice, it is a large room with some fancy sofa like seats, large for chairs, cozy as love seats (see pics). There is a very big projection along one wall, that was playing an LA Lakers basketball game. There is a drink counter with a lot of choices. I had to holler into the back, as there was nobody manning the register. I got an Aloe water and a Corn Silk tea, both are nice, and my go to, with water when planning for a lot of sweating. I went next window to order dinner, and again nobody was there. After hollering to the back a nice lady came out and discussed some of the options. I went for some steamed dumplings and an Udon noodle bowl. They were both nicely cooked, and came out very quickly. Now with dinner out of the way, i started my circuit, by going into the gold room, a large gold plated pyramid shaped dry sauna room. it was comfortable, and then i wanted to go a bit hotter, so i went to the clay ball room. I laid into the clay, and love the way the clay balls surround the body, and start to cook you. This is where it got DANGEROUS. When i sat up, i put my hands down into the clay balls to help myself up. there are wooden rafters under the clay, and when i put my hands down i got several splinters in the end of my middle finger on my strong hand. This is the most annoying place to get them, as i use that finger for everything /: 2 of the splinters were small and exposed. i managed to get them out OK, but couldn’t get the big ones out, as they were under the skin. I went to the front to ask for tweezers, and was told they don’t have any. i asked to look in the first aid kit, which they did, but didn’t have anything. I went back into the mens, and tried some more, but was likely just making it worse. I got dressed and went to reception. i asked if i could pay, and then have a pass to come back in, so i could leave and fix my situation. i was told “no in & out”. i asked if there was any way to make an exception, and was told i could have 10 minutes! impossible. Unfortunately, i did not get to do the circuit of saunas, or check out the pool area or lounge ): This was all very disappointing, as i had driven 45 minutes to get there.

Honest Review I purchased the Aroma massage with day pass for $130 - I expected to stay for the day & ended up feeling so uncomfortable & upset that I left right after my massage. The young ladies at the desk were antagonistic with any inquiries made and refused to acknowledge any errors. Do expect a rude reception if you ask even the simplest question such as where the bathrooms are located (no there’s no map or signs to guide you thru the facility, no there’s no one inside to assist, & no bathrooms are not in the locker area like most spas). Do expect barely understandable communication during your less than pleasant massage. Do expect to be demanded to give a tip & handed a tip envelope then shoved out of the room after your massage (see other reviews stating this exact same experience). Do expect to be lectured, not spoken to but spoken AT, citing all of their policies, none of which were emailed to you at booking, but sit on a paper at the front desk facing the receptionists. Do expect to be fully nude if you want to use the actual spa area. Do expect half a dozen flashing disco strobe lights & insanely loud party music with a huge pool of cold water in the only area you CAN wear a bathing suit (because we all go to relaxing spas for a full on rager, right?). Do expect the food area to be dingy and nowhere near clean enough to safely eat. Do expect dirty printouts of dishes displayed with half the menu items blocked out as unavailable with no description of Any of the dishes. Do Not expect to feel welcomed, relaxed, or even as if you’re at a spa. Do Not expect a response from management (Mark) and certainly no refund. I would not suggest Spa Palace to anyone interested in a relaxing spa experience. The homeless people laying out front to greet you as you enter is a strong indicator of what’s to come. Time and money are far better spent at Glen Ivy or Murrietta Hot Springs.

I would have to agree with the previous review. The lady that answers the phone desk and I assume she works at the desk also was very rude. I never made it in there for services. This is how this went. I made an appointment for my daughter’s birthday due to my daughter choosing this spa. I’ve never been here and do not deal with classless places as such. The first appointment was at 10am. I booked one and there was only one slot for 10am open so I booked two spa treatments for 2pm and called to cancel the 10am one. Immediately I saw $420 dollars placed on my account as if I went to the spa. Ok, so the front desk rude personal proceeded to tell me they will be holding my money for 3 to 5 days. She then hung up on me (can you believe it) Also, that because they book from a third party I will have to pay another $300 when I show up that next day. So let’s add that up. $420 + $300= 720 dollars that this spa thinks they are getting out of me in two days and I have only booked an appointment. Therefore, I woke up and told my daughter I refuse to pay these people another dime of my money. I cancelled the appointment. Fast forward to 5 days later after my daughter even called and the receptionist at the desk told her I would be receiving my money back 3 days later I have yet to receive my money. So I have had $420 dollars of my funds on hold due to scheduling an appointment. Please beware of their scam. There is no spa I have ever went to and they have held my money for scheduling an appointment. Today I am taking the police in there to obtain my funds in my hands immediately. This is definitely a crime. They will lose a lot of customers. You do not take people’s money and think you can hold on to it and they have not received services. That’s called theft! There was no serenity involved in this even booking the spa so I can imagine actually going to the appointment. How many more stressful surprises would there had of been. I’ll stick to my spas I do too! Please don’t go here if you don’t want your money on hold

Update: 7 days later! I made the appointment on a sat and it is now a week later on a sat. I have yet to receive $420 dollars that they have held due to me only making an appointment. I did cancel my Appointment in a reasonable amount of time. After 3 emails to the owner by the name of KELLY CHOI she finally responded after I was heated and told her off. She never once responded to a nice email questioning why my money was held for this long of a time. I spoke with the girl at the register and she really did not know at this point. At first my daughter called to see why they were taking my money and the girl at the desk told her the money would return to my account on Tuesday or Wednesday. When Thursday came and I called to f/u because I had no response from Kelly Choi at this point. The girl at the desk had an attitude once again and says “well wait for 7 days and your money will be back in your account”. I then hung up because at this point I was exhausted. I emailed Choi one las time with a nasty email out of pure frustration and being ignored and treated as if this was something right happening to me. She then responded in defense stating I was harassing her lol. I told her call the police and let’s really see who’s in the wrong here. She then talked down to me as if I was not educated and accused me of not knowing what an authorization was. After the back and forth and never any apology or resolution I felt o would deal with the better business bureau and the court system so I went and filed a lawsuit for the pure purpose that they even had the nerve to hold this much of my money. Today makes the 7th day and I have yet to see my money in my attempt to spread the word to make people aware of their unprofessionalism even while booking an appointment. To be clear since this is a mess they held $420 dollars of my money from my bank account after booking an appointment. Their reason being is because they deal with a third party person that books and they are actually holding my money. It’s their...

This is a VERY DETAILED AND HONEST opinion on what to expect when coming here for the first time First, I am NOT at all too picky with new things or places I havent been to before, I'm pretty open minded- so the only comparison I had to this kind of place was Wi-Spa. Which was my first choice, but they apparently deep clean the womens facility certain times and were closed for the whole day, hence why i came here.

When i got here, I found the parking structure pretty easily, but it took me a minute to realize I had to take the elevators UP to the 3rd Floor. (They kinda make it seem like you'll walk right in with the sign in the structure but it fine. )

Walking out of the elevator, it appeared really clean and spacious. Also, the front desk clerk (night shift ..I came in at around 12am) was super friendly and professional. She asked me if I wanted to stay till first checkout which was 2 am or pay 10$ more for overnight and checkout at 11am. I obviously chose the overnight which was 45$.

I had to sign a waiver, and show my ID since it was my first time (they go based on your phone number )(if you don't have your id- im sure there are ways around it so don't get deterred because of that lol)

After paying, she asked for my size in "uniform " and asked if i wanted blankets, toothbrush, and/or a razor .. I asked about slippers and a Robe ..and she said they had none left...which was the first BUMMER- BUT what really threw me off was that IT WAS EMPTY. I counted maybe 4 women here. :( (Bring sandals just in case.)

Next, the saunas are a bit confusing to locate (until you walk around and locate them ) but There were no areas that I saw at least that have fresh linen or robes like Wi spa does..so dont expect more than what they give you (i received 2 blankets, 1 large towel and 1 smaller towel).

The locker was clean, easy to access. The makeup area with blow dryers was clean and nice ...bathrooms were clean as well.

I first went to the showers, and saw my favorite type that I usually choose at wi spa- which is the sitting showers with little plastic seats to sit on. I was excited at first because noone was in there but my eyes immediately saw the little plastic seats and they had WHAT APPEARED to be someone's shaved black hair all over them (not sure how they managed to get it over 4 seats but they did) - pretty bummed about that honestly but whatever I went to the normal showers.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash was all good, the showers felt pretty clean, and no complaints there.

Next i changed, and wanted to go smoke a cigarette in the "garden" ...let me tell you, it's confusing to find and Noone was around to help me find it...eventually i realized it was the doors that said "emergency don't open on it " while also reading "garden " on the plaque next to it .. I was honestly super disappointed in the "garden" there was NO HEAT LAMPS ON..it was very dark and ..honestly I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was raining and perhaps that's why it was SO DIRTY. tables are old and used, and it just was not kept up at all..to make it worse..the BIGGEST RAT ive ever seen was chillin right next to me..but im outside and it's not exactly closed off so im not complaining about that... Just wasn't really that comfortable after being in a hot shower ...you know?!

Sooooo, they said there was food and there was NOTHING OPEN. not even a clerk to ring up drinks etc, nothing at all...even the larger dining area was dark.. The only place that appeared to have something was a few vending machines in the mickey mouse room that I thought was for kids. I liked the top Ramen vending machine though (the hot h20 button is inside the white little door ..it wont come out till you push the button and you have 5 mins to get it, also you have to TURN IT OFF ) Honestly, i gave this place 3 stars because it does the very basic and minimal job for being a bath house. Youll get your basic needs met-But nothing close to the experience at Wi Spa ( not promoting-its just my comparison), and this is ONLY FOR THE...

I only went to show the security guard how quickly he could be humbled. He first told me and my friend to leave the parking lot we walked into for five seconds so I could check if someone I knew was already there who cones here a lot. We weren't even planning on going inside or staying long, we were there about 30 seconds later before we started walking out as he comes to tell us to leave the property. He had the rudest attitude as we politely explained our presence and said we were on our way out. It was a near empty parking lot, at 8pm. But what if we were guests for a planned or random visit? His attitude was mostly because my friend has a very unique look and is trans; he judged off of their appearance and perceived them to be some type of criminal or troublemaker (punk rocker look). Which is not the case at all, and money speaks louder than appearances. We left, but I was taken back at how he treated my trans friend so I said no were going in now, random spa trip on me! Just to show him we could because it hurt me seeing how he hurt my friend. My trans friend is used to this, but me, I cant stand bullies. We went back and as we tried to walk in the building, he asks us if we both have Drivers IDS to get into spa? Weird. I had mine on me, but my friend did not have theirs as this visit was unanticipated. He then told us we couldn't go inside without ID. So I called the manager, who told me that it would be ok if friend signed a waiver. After I got the approval by the phone, we again go back and the security again tried to stop us saying we weren't allowed in but we proceeded to walk in anyways, as we had permission. I told him I would make the receptionist aware of how rude he was to potential guests. He needs an attitude check badly. He followed us into the spa and proceeded to tell the receptionist that we couldn't go in because we don't have IDs. The receptionist made some calls to the manager whom I spoke with and security guard seemed mad (as he should) that we were allowed in. I actually wish I didn't go because I hate giving my money to places with rude staff (guard) but I let my pride get the best of me. I hate to see people being judged in 2023. The spa itself was very underwhelming with only 4 different spa rooms, the Wii spa offers is better value for your money, more variety, and polite staff. The manager herself seemed kind of cold but I think that is just her natural disposition and wasn't anything personal. I appreciated that she was able to work around my friends lack of ID (he's 28 btw) to let us enjoy the spa. It was my friends first time at the spa, and we enjoyed the visit. As well my friend being trans, who's drivers license lists their sex as female, was pretty upset that the management was not willing to let them use the woman's shower. The management stated that it was for legality reasons since my friend didn't have their ID and only signed a waiver, but somehow I feel thats not completely the truth and could've been mitigated for. Even at planet fitness gym trans use the female facilities, and from what I recall, there is no specific clause in the membership agreement that address this protocol specifically. So I'm not sure if they have even have a clause in whatever paperwork they normally use for IDs vs. waivers that address where trans can shower... which is why it's typically at the discretion of the management in most cases. My friend did not shower at first, but later felt okay doing so as people left and they felt more comfortable. My friends demeanor and appearance (which is out there) you can clearly tell is trans individual, there were not many females here at this time either, and I doubt they would've minded. The woman's shower was empty when I used it anyways. But we still enjoyed the visit, and its an okay facility I suppose...
