Tuscani Villas — Local services in Los Angeles

When I first moved to LA, I heard every horror story imaginable about apartments and what to expect, but Tuscani Villas put any fears I had to rest. It's still an apartment building and apartments come with certain characteristics, but during the 2 years I lived here, I never felt unsafe, my car was always secure, and I truly had a place to call home in LA.

I can't say enough good things about Zoey and the entire staff either. They all bring their best every day to make sure tenants are taken care of and that the building stays clean and functional. When there are problems, they don't go unnoticed or unaddressed and tenants aren't left in the dark. Having moved from an Arnel property (🤮), having staff like this was so nice and it made apartment living so much less stressful.

If you're looking for a place near DTLA that's not quite in the middle of the chaos but still within walking distance of restaurants, bars, music and sports venues, and more, give Tuscani...

Units are very clean and offer plenty of space for whatever you may need. Top of the line appliances and a very reliable/ speedy maintenance team assure everything's working properly. Exceptionally clean premises day in and day out thanks to a great custodian.
