This place is so refreshing after a nice hike at the Hacienda Hills Trails!

Been here 2 weekends in a row now and will probably make a 3rd!

Gets really busy around noon time though (Sat) so be prepared to stalk people.

Camarones Cocktel (Shrimp Cocktail): LOTS of juicy, large shrimp. The sauce is a little bit too sweet for me but load it up with lime and (some) hot sauce and it's deeelish. Actually tastes decent on the little crackers they give too!

Pata de Mula Cocktel (Blood Clam Cocktail): I've never had blood clams before so wanted to give it a try. Wow. Really intense! Super firm and "crunchy" texture that I can still feel in my mouth :0 The whole thing looks a bit scary because the liquid is this dark purple red, and the clams have their gooey strings attached etc, but look past it and just chomp it down. GOOD STUFF!!

FISH Taco: Super cheap. Lightly battered, overall YUM.

Shrimp Taco (Fried): Meh. I didn't like this. And it was pretty expensive too.

Shrimp Ceviche: I didn't like how they diced up the shrimp into tiny pieces.

Fish Ceviche: Not good either. Their ceviches just aren't that great and can't compare to Dorados.

So overall, get the COCKTAILS, and the FISH TACOS.

And you can't overlook the LARGE...

Bad experience with what I consider discrimination. We were a group of 8. As we sat tge gentleman said we are nit accepting cards only cash.. has a sign on his machine saying out of order.. we were okay with that... while eating another person(different race) comes in and pays his food with a credit card no hassles. We asked kindly why are you accepting his card and told us different. He stuttered n didn't know what to say , but that tge owner dies nit want big parties using tge credit cards . We paid with cash but will not go there again. Sadly he don't want to report big sales to not pay taxes but want to receive benefits , while we pay taxes. People stop paying with cash your...

Ordered on posrmates, and it was such an awful delivery I had to comment on this- I ordered aguachiles, agua de Tamarindo, and shrimp tacos. The proportions were awful for the aguachiles! Only like 5 aguachiles in the package. There was pepper in the aguachiles, which I think is odd. The pepper added nothing to them. The aguachiles had spilled because the container was not liquid spill proof, which, for an order out, they should have containers prepared for this. My drink order was wrong. I got Jamaica instead, and if Tamarindo was not available, they should have notified postpates. The shrimp tacos were ok- nothing special. Never ordering...
