We recently attended a birthday party at this indoor playground and had such a great time! The facility is clean, spacious, and full of fun activities for kids. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. We accidentally lost our car key in the ball pit (every parent’s nightmare), and the staff went above and beyond to help us find it.

A special shout-out to Manager Brian, who was incredibly kind and patient. He even reviewed security footage to help us figure out when and where the key might have been dropped. Thanks to his effort, and the team’s thorough search, we were able to recover the key and get home safely. I was very disappointed today!!!! I called them before I drove 45 minutes and I asked them if they have any event going on and they told me no! Once I got there after 10 minutes, school with special needs kids pulled up with over 20 that were 15 years old and up with special needs (down syndromes, autisms, mental health issues and etc...)!!!! I have a 2 years old and he got so scared when these kids ran in there and started screaming and etc.... they should know better not to schedule these schools on regular days and hours when small kids are there. These kids are amazing but we all know they have tensions that can harm the little kids unintentionally!!!! The management should know better how to handle situations like this. So if you are a mom with small child please reconsider...
