COS — Local services in Los Angeles

I love COS and I live in the state that doesn’t have in person store. I was pretty excited to visit the store in person. Very disappointing! This store needs a professional training. I was holding couple of clothes to try on, three workers passed by me and no one was offered to place my try on clothes to the fitting room. BTW the store was not busy at all. It was a weekday during 2pm. When I went to a cashier to pay, I gave cash with some changes to use my coins and the guy casher seemed refuse to take coins. He said I’ve already put $100 in the cashier, can’t add the change for your total. Wowwww he really did not know 1st grade level of the math. Their service is worse than thrift store. Had to call up Cos head office due to the terrible behavior of their manager of this store. We brought back an item that had been worn twice and the quality of the material was so bad that it had already started to bobble. I buy a lot from Cos and their quality is usually very good, so this was a rare occasion. Being from the UK myself, I know Cos brand very well and their customer service is usually excellent. However the manager of this store was very rude, waving her hands in the air, frowning and even accused us of lying about the item.
