Hokey Pokey is located inside the Century City Mall. I recommend parking near Macy's, second level. Hokey Pokey is just around the corner from Macy's. It sits right on the end. I love a eatery that has a story and Hokey Pokey has a story. Hokey Pokey is a special toffee from New Zealand added to ice cream. In 1953, an ice cream maker added the toffee to ice cream and it has been a hit ever since. Hokey Pokey is the most popular ice cream flavor in New Zealand. What did I try? 1 cup of Raspberry & White Chocolate Real raspberries blended into a tangy soft serve topped with white chocolate pieces and raspberry dust. It darn-tootin' delicious. Fresh. Not overly sweet. You can taste the raspberries and white chocolate pieces. The cup is $6. Inside is decorated cute with booths to sit at. Not a big location but given it is in the Century City Mall, plenty of outdoor space to find a seat and enjoy your soft serve ice cream. Right outside the entry are these tiny round tables - I like the twist on them. You sit on the bench created from the windows and place your ice cream on the tiny table. Cuteness overload. Century City Mall offers one hour free parking. Keep that in mind. When I arrived, Tuesday around 1pm, no line. I walked right in. Given other reviews, Hokey Pokey is popular and a line can form. They only sample Hokey Pokey because all other soft serve is made to order. For the price, location, and deliciousness - it's definitely worth a stop. Get your New Zealand soft serve ice cream and do the Hokey Pokey because that's what it's all about - HOKEY POKEY!

Honey Pokey LA, located at Westfield Century City Mall, offers a delightful take on New Zealand’s beloved Hokey Pokey ice cream, a flavor invented in 1953 that’s become their signature. This isn’t your typical soft serve—it’s crafted in-store, to-order, using premium Californian ice cream or a non-dairy base that’s impressively rich and creamy, closely mimicking the real deal. The Hokey Pokey itself is a standout, blending light, crunchy golden toffee (made fresh in-house) into a smooth, velvety soft serve that’s both nostalgic and indulgent. What sets Honey Pokey LA apart is their commitment to freshness and customization. Every flavor, dairy or non-dairy, is blended on the spot, resulting in a richer, creamier texture than standard soft serve. The non-dairy option is a pleasant surprise, delivering a robust flavor that doesn’t feel like a compromise, though they note potential traces of dairy due to the blending process, so those with severe allergies should take caution. Speaking of allergies, they’re transparent about nuts being used on-site, which is a thoughtful heads-up. Overall, Honey Pokey LA delivers a unique, high-quality dessert experience with a fun nod to New Zealand’s ice cream heritage. The Hokey Pokey is a must-try for its perfect balance of sweet, toffee crunch and creamy softness. If you’re at the mall, it’s a fantastic spot to satisfy your sweet tooth!

This place should be the consulate of New Zealand .. I heard some stuff about the country but man they all true .. the friendliest people ever .. the owners made our experience exceptional and outta this world .. my mom hates tasting flavors she is adventurous and usually order new stuff (most of the time I ended up getting it 🤣) so we asked for a way to enhance her order that she didn’t like .. they owners were so fast to replace it and make sure we are super satisfied once they realized we are not getting another order coz we were afraid our order will end up in the trash .. they snuck in a free ice cream card in my pocket for our next visit .. the gesture made us speechless and from that moment we decided that this is the only place we are getting ice cream in century city .. BTW all their flavors are to die for it’s just my mom has a hard to please taste 😂 highly recommended try all the flavors first I’m sure you will face my problem .. it’s really hard to choose one they are all taste great ❤️
