So, I took my little one to check out the location today and for her to have a fun time. Not even 20 minutes in, some boy was running In such a small crowded space and ran into my little's mouth. Her mouth started bleeding profusely. The bluey camp member just gave ointment and a cup of water, and didn't do much other than stating that they saw another boy run into my little who was walking. They didn't even stop the other boy from running or let his parents know what happened in this terrible accident. I told the members there that they should limit the amount of people coming in and also make sure kids are not just running around everywhere without adult supervision. Needless to say, the camp members told me that they watch out for everyone's safety, which apparently they failed to meet and this led to my daughter getting stitches in her mouth and left with a large hospital bill due to their camp x bluey lack of supervision and safety for the kids. Obviously safety and wellbeing of children was NOT their priority or concern, they were focused on getting groups and groups of people into the rooms regardless of traffic and safety of the kids and adults. I would post pictures of all the tissues of blood, the large gash in her gums, and a picture of my little girl with her swollen mouth along with a scratch across her face from this bluey camp location but I now have to mentally and physically care for my traumatized daughter due to the reckless and ill-regard that camp bluey staff has for the safety and well-being of children. A WARNING for...
Read moreTonight bad experience. Slime making is $25. Girl that was helping kids make slime want even letting them have charms to mix with slime the numbers and type they wanted and what was supposed to be included. She looked too rushed and uninterested and overall bad experience. I asked my daughter why you don’t have any charms in the slime she said because she told us glitter counts as charm ! We had been to that place for slime making numerous times before and this time was the worst experience. Glitter is not a charm. You charge $25 per slime making then let the kids get the charms the want the scent they want they color they want and have patience. Then when she told them ok it’s done now wait here I go get you bags for your slimes. We were literally standing there waiting for 10 min or so for her to bring the bags she promised. But no sign of her. Kids were getting inpatient. We had dinner reservation. She didn’t come back with bags. My friend walked to counter in the back of the store and saw that girl just sitting there chatting with other staff. She told her where are the bags . I said we been standing sitting here by exit door forever waiting for you to bring bags for their slime. Big waste of time and money. we had been there many times before even though is expensive at least in our previous visits guys making slime with kids were kind and patient and weren’t withholding the charms for that to add to slime and made the experience worth doing. Tonight while experience was garbage. We threw $50 in trash there. And won’t be...
Read moreWe drove 6 hours to get to this experience and I really wanted to love it because of our fondness of the Little Mermaid but sadly didn’t. We booked tickets for our daughters 4th birthday to the Camp X The Little Mermaid. For the price that we paid for our group of 6 I was very disappointed that the experience was not like it is advertised. They pack the experience with 3 to 4 other groups. We were told by the counselor checking us in that a new group joins in every 15 minutes. It was very closterphobic. Felt like we couldn’t even walk without bumping into another adult and then you add in the children who are running around. At one point a family was frantically running around because they couldn’t find their child in the massive crowd. I think the whole hour we were there the counselors only sang 2 to 3 times. The costumes that were worn, again are misleading. In their ads and videos counselors are seen in a well tailored ensemble, but our experience looked like they were in mermaid workout clothes off of Amazon. One counselor had to keep adjusting his top because it was obviously too small. It’s very much an overpriced and overcrowded indoor play place. Each little area had a slide. My eldest enjoyed the pirate ship and my youngest enjoyed the “bubbles and pearls” balls in the throne area. The only reason I am not give a 1 star is because admist the chaos my kids...
