Read moreI go to this pharmacy regularly and have had both negative and positive service experiences over the years, mostly positive lately from the young woman who often works behind the counter. Today, however, was different. I was the last person in line to pick up prescriptions behind two customers who were being helped. There was no one behind me. When I got to the window at 1:30, the man told me they were closing for lunch and to come back in an hour and a half. When I asked why he couldn't just help me and close because there was no one else in line, and it would be very inconvenient for me to come back, he said, "Those are the rules," and walked away. What is really messed up is when customers have to press a button that causes a very loud ring for an associate to come unlock a glass door for personal lubrication, women's personal care products, antifungal cream, etc. How embarrassing. What's worse is they're putting sensors on laundry detergent. All this brought to you by CVS. Where everything is more expensive and doesn't have to be.
This was my last straw at CVS. Having to hear a customer ask for an associate to unlock a cabinet so she could get a personal care products and then seeing the embarrassment in her face.
