I got my septorhinoplasty with Dr Markarian on October 1, 2025, and honestly the whole experience felt too good to be true. From start to finish everything was beyond perfect. Dr Markarian is hands down the most underrated and unbelievably talented doctor out there.

After surgery I had absolutely no bruising at all which blew my mind. My recovery was so fast, barely even a week, and I felt totally fine the entire time. Not only did he fix my breathing, but my nose looks absolutely amazing. It looks so natural and so perfect that I can’t stop staring at it.

What’s even crazier is that after my first procedure with another doctor, I looked like a panda with bruises all over my face. This time, I had zero bruising, zero pain, and honestly it feels like magic. I’m still in shock at how good everything turned out.

Dr Markarian is a true artist and is the GOAT. I’m beyond grateful and so excited to see how it continues to heal, but even right now, it’s perfect.

I went to Dr. Markarian for a septorhinoplasty about 6 months ago. His team in the office was extremely attentive to my needs, reassuring me about any concerns I had prior to surgery, providing me with answers to all my questions including questions and an approximation of what I would look like after the surgery. It should also be mentioned that my surgery was right around the holidays so that just shows how much his team cares! I was extremely EXTREMELY pleased with the results of the surgery. Everything went smoothly the day of and everyone I interacted with at Keck on the day of my surgery was great. I've never written a google review before but I'm pretty upset by this experience. I found Dr. Markarian via ZocDoc when I moved to a new neighborhood. I've been to many ENTs in my life and never experienced anything like this. I had a very clear sinus infection and was in the room with Dr. Markarian for less than 5 minutes. He agreed and prescribed me amoxicillin after minimal examination. Shortly after, my insurance was billed $3000 for an "outpatient surgery," for which I am supposed to pay $500. Dr. Markarian claimed that he performed an endoscopy on me. I tried for weeks to resolve it with his office and was transferred to so many different people. I now have to go through a dispute process with my insurance followed by legal action. I feel strongly this doctor should not be practicing at all and I urge patients to seek treatment...
