I had a very serious bicycle accident while traveling in Laos. My humerus was shattered (13 breaks) and the humeral knob was broken off. 5 drs. Told me it could not be repaired and that I would lose complete use of my preferred rt arm. I was referred to Dr Omid by my brother who was an athletic recruiter. It was like a gift from God. He told me he could fix it and I could expect 70 -80% use. He not only did the repair but I now have 100% function. I won't lie..it took hard work and difficult physical therapy, but so worth it. Unable to diagnose my immobile and painful shoulder. Sent me to physiotherapy. The therapist diagnosed and treated me and wrote a full report for the doctor about his theory, which was a simple common ailment. When I went to the Dr for a follow up, upon advice of my physiotherapist, I asked the doctor if he had read the report. He laughed and said “No!” It was disdainful and lazy to say the least.
