Psa , you can't walk in from the outside , u need to go up the driveway from san Pablo, it's in building 3 , so in building 3 ask the front desk they will tell you to walk to the back and go to lower level . Also from building 2 u can also get there , go to LL and walk towards sunlight glass doors , press the button , walk through patio and to the right you will see star bucks front door . Terrible customer service. Ordered coffee and coffee beans on the app. coffee was made incorrectly and they said coffee beans are not available. wouldn't cancel the order and issue refund. have to call central Starbucks. no one picks up the phone and the chat customer service closed the chat before resolving anything. wasted an hour of my day for their screw...

Had a good experience each time we got something here. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a nice seating area outside with lots of comfortable seats. It's a little hidden but they have signed it pretty well. Once instead the building go to the back elevator and take it down...
