It was my first time at a Chipotle restaurant. I just wanted to try a taco, but to order their food, you need to buy their package. This meant for tacos, you had to buy 3 tacos for around $12. Bummer. I ordered 1 each of beef, chicken, and 1 pork. After filling my soda and getting some salsa for the free chips, I sat down at a table. When I opened the aluminum foil holding the tacos, I couldn't separate the tacos because the heat melted the tortillas together. I went and got a fork and knife. It was very sloppy to eat, but the flavor was OK. I had to get salsa for the chips. They offered only two kinds. One was fairly flavored but had a lot of salento in it. I can handle a little bit of salentro, but not that much. The other was pretty spicy, but it was good. As for the chips, I'd rate them a three out of ten. I had a few good crispy chips, but the majority were stale and crunch-less. I wondered why this would be until I looked behind the resiter. There were somewhere around 40 bags just sitting there waiting for someone to place an order. I can not believe this restaurant, or any other restaurant, would cook the chips for the whole day and then just put them in a bag on the shelf. Restaurant rule #1 - Serve fresh food!! Needless to say, I...

I typically enjoy Chipotle, but my recent experience left a bitter taste — and not from the food.
I walked into the location ready to grab a quick meal, only to be told that several key ingredients were unavailable. Disappointed but understanding, I stepped aside to figure out another option. Out of curiosity, I checked the app — and to my surprise, every single item I was told was out was available for online orders.
Frustrated, I placed an order online, waited longer than I should have, and watched as other digital orders — with the very ingredients I was denied — were made without issue.
The worst part? This wasn’t a shortage. It was a lie. Whether they were understaffed or trying to manage flow, it doesn’t excuse misleading a walk-in customer. I was standing right there, willing to pay, and was essentially told “no” while the system said “yes.”
As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fair service — not to be pushed aside just because I didn’t use the app. Chipotle, if you’re going to prioritize digital orders, at least be honest with your in-store customers. Respect is part of the...
Read moreWhere is this place? Not at 2200 Trojan way- that’s a Hilton! You need to go to the next street over Alcazar st, parking is metered up the hill on the street. Honestly, it’s a huge inconvenience for someone who’s looking for a quick bite off the freeway. Go to another location for that. I feel bad for the people who work here because they are kind however they are working at a location that’s unsupported. While waiting in the Hilton hotel pull through I called chipotle to try to get directions and was never connected to anyone eventually the bot hung up. Such terrible...
