WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH A DR AND THATS JUST BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. most horrendous service i have ever encountered!!!!! extremely disrespectful. the girls would either continuously not answer, answer and hang up, answer place you on hold and hang up. i found myself asking please don’t place me on hold to still have it done and hung up on again. one girl finally took my number and said they’d call me back to make a new patient appointment after their lunch. i never received a call. when i called again i was disrespected talked down to and said i could call another dr who was a “partner” dr burns and they’d take me in even though he is not the pcp on our insurance. i called and as i assumed that was not the case. i called them back was put on hold and hung up on again multiple times!!! finally spoke to someone after calling about 7 times and the guy asked me if i was done talking and was sooooo rude and unprofessional, the only person to help me was the last person i was transferred to a guy named ruben who misunderstood and also tried to make me an appointment with dr burns was at least helpful and didn’t hang up on me when placed on hold. every other person answering their phone lines has been completely out of line rude unprofessional and ridiculous miserable clowns who should not be working in any service industry let alone health. wish me luck in getting to see this dr at all as we have been waiting...

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I can not believe they are still Licensed to practice medicine in the State of California. This is by far the worst experience I have had in my life related to medicine. I had a 1:30 appointment, and did not get seen until 2:55 PM. The office itself is over ran, and at times the staff doesn't even care. They will be talking with one another when patients are waiting to be checked in.

They authorized my MRI and sent it to the wrong facility. The facility called them and told them to change it to the appropriate address. I called them and told them to change it personally. The nurse said she would. It has been 3 days, and nothing. Now the MRI is in limbo, even though it was approved.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A COLD/FLU. THE STAFF IS LAZY AND WILL FAIL YOU AT EVERY STEP OF...

This place is SAD. Today my father got his blood drawn. 1) the lady who took his blood wasn’t in uniform. She looked like a patient. 2) she didn’t wash her hands 3) she didn’t use or sanitize her hands or the area- which had a patient before him 4 ) SHE DIDNT USE GLOVES TO DRAW BLOOD OR HANDLE SPECIMEN!

My dad flinched in pain when she stuck the needle in his arm. I spoke with the supervisor who sounded annoyed that I wanted to speak with him and got brushed off. BECAUSE HE DIDNT CARE.

I am currently looking to bring my elderly father to a doctor who cares. I am looking for a facility that will actually take care of the space they treat patients. This place is a warehouse converted to a “ doctors office”
