Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This location on Google maps says they open at 4am. BTW Everything I'm saying can be proved by photo document and videos by me and the cameras outside of the location. I pull up at 4:09am, the drive thru is closed with cones placed to block the cars. I drive to the side to look inside and see what's going on and I see the workers walking around. I drive back towards the drive thru and see a guy that was waiting like I was, walking from the jack in the box with food. So I park and get out and walk to the door I try to open it, it does not open as it is locked. I take a picture of the business being closed. In the picture the workers are seen sitting down. I continue to take pictures of the business. One of the female workers walks to the back to confront me and ask what am I doing. I kindly explain and tell her google maps says you guys are supposed to be open at 4am and it is now 4:15am and you guys aren't open. She explains to me that they don't open til 5am and to call the manager later and ask them. I told her it's cool I believe you, while I'm doing that and in the midst of apologizing she gets upset and unruly and tell me not to record. Which I tell her that recording a business being closed is actually legal, she gets mad and takes out her phone and takes a picture and records me. Again, this all can be proven by video....

TERRIBLE DO NOT EAT HERE ordered food for the family after a long day at work all was fine until I got to the window my name is Armando the guy hands me a order for Amanda I tell him it's not my order and they tell me someone with my name picked up my order and refused to give me anything even though I had an email with my name and amount of 36 bucks payed they tried to brush me off saying there was nothing they could do so I'd have to leave hungry and out of 36 dollars I asked to speak with a manager and a extremely rude and unprofessional older aged woman starts arguing with me swearing that we already picked up the order when we clearly didn't I told her I hadn't received anything she proceeded to argue with me constantly interrupting me swearing with all she has another Armando came for my order I had enough frustrated I asked well then can I place another order she told me I'd have to wait in line again just to get the food I already payed for and waited for once and I'd have to pay again in the end I left with no food and 36 dollars lighter and to top it off both numbers she gave me to get my refund were dead lines so there goes that money went around 8:00 at night just FYI best bet just go to...

This location is always so nice and welcoming! I live pretty close so I come here all the time to get my share of french toast cheat snacks (they’re only here sometimes so get em while you can). The staff is always patient when I take forever while ordering and I appreciate it very much. Today I was helped by Madelin and Kayla and they were both sooooo kind and helpful while I was ordering. Asking me what sauces I want and bagging everything correctly. Really great communication skills. There was difficulty with a customer being rude and I saw Kayla (she might be a manager) diffusing the situation with ease and kindness on top of that.
