I've been eating at Burger King since I was about 5 years old, which makes it about 45 years I've been eating at Burger King. This location on Centinela and La Tijera is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I have been here about five times to this location and each time their service gets worse and more disrespectful. I stopped by on October 5th 2024 at approximately 2:30 p.m. there is a young, muscular young man approximately 25 years old who I believe to be a Salvadorian gentleman working the register. Even though he has seen me in the past I said can you please buzz me in the restroom, I need to use the restroom and he said what are you going to order as I was about to urinate in my pants, which I thought was completely unnecessary and racist on his part considering I am a white man. I speak 100% Spanish and I hear them saying certain things about me because they think I do not understand their language. So I made all of them turn white as a ghost when I said to him in Spanish, everyone working here is Salvadorian right? he nodded his head gesturing yes. It is so weird when people discover you speak their language they change their tone, they did a complete 180 on their service and their respect for me and I think they should be careful on how they treat people because there is a lot of people, who they don't expect to speak or understand Spanish such as myself. I am not looking for any special compensation or free food or anything like that, but can assure them and everyone else who reads this review, I will never return to this Burger King because of their racist Behavior toward me. I went to get a regular order mix and match, a fry paid got home I added extra lettuce and tomatoes because they never give you any. got home and didn't have any anyway after I paid for them took the sandwiches back? But because I was missing my little food receipt that I somehow stole the food , or must have bought it at another Burger King and -or wanted to Swindle her out of EBT food. I order my food via the electronic kiosk since the counter line was taking too long. I ordered French toast sticks and hash browns, rather taking my food to go as I initially wanted to do I elected to eat in the restaurant and opened my bag to find that I was given two orders of French toast and asked the assistant manager for the hash browns and she was insisting that I didnât order hash browns and wouldnât issue me receipt when I asked for one as the automated kiosk didnât issue one especially after paying with a debit card. I asked for the extra French toast to be exchanged for the hash browns but she said that I would have to pay for it though their machine rang up the wrong item. And since a receipt wasnât even issued after paying, that means the order should of be free given what the Burger King policy is.
This experience is a frequent reminder as to why I stopped giving my money and business to Burger King a year ago because the service has continued to get worse and the performance being less than satisfactory.
