NEVER use this florist! I saw the second arrangement on the company website when I was looking to send a birthday arrangement for my daughter. I called and said I wanted something in white and green just like this one on their website so it matched her apartment decor. The salesperson was not sure they could replicate the tulips so I said it would be fine to use just use all white and green, that I loved the white berries and if there was a accent color that would be great. I specifically named the types of Flowers and berries I liked in the arrangement. She said she had yellow roses and I specifically said I DID NOT want an arrangement of just roses and that I liked the mix of different white and green textures and flowers. SO, this is what my daughter received, every color, pink, yellow, red, not a small accent color and some white and green. It looks NOTHING like the stylish arrangement I chose and paid $135 for, it looks like an FTD special. She clearly just put together whatever she had lying around and did not care that I asked for white and green. I gave her my phone number in case she had any questions or problems fulfilling my request. She did not call back to say upon looking at our stock I can not do something like you want. She clearly hoped I would not see what was sent. WRONG, and now you all can see the bait and switch this...

A close friend of mine lost a beloved family member of theirs. Tony was a great dog that brought joy to many lives.

Being that I was in Toronto, I wanted to send a gift to my friend. I looked online for a nearby florist and found Hidden Garden.

The website was well done, with clear descriptions and suggestions. It was easy to shop, and I left a note asking for some colours to represent Tony.

They went above and beyond, providing an additional golden retriever to the flowers. This was a wonderful touch that I never expected.
