Indigo Web Studios! Buyer beware of this company!!!!!! When I first talked to the sales person by the name of Jason Walker at indigo Web Studios he had the greatest sales pitch ever. I felt so confident and relieved after talking with him. He was very kind and very nice however I paid for a website April 22, 2022 and never received the website. It was never what I expected I was supposed to have gotten the website in 3 to 4 weeks by mid July it still was not ready and it was not near my expectations. I believe the website expected. Please make sure you check with your bank to see how much time you have to reverse the charges and make sure your website is done and to your satisfaction before that time runs out and hopefully you can get your money back.!I and be careful of that 120 hours no refund policy after the INITIAL DESIGN!!! Be careful with your WORDS example saying that you like the website or it’s OK to move to the next phase because when you do that they could say you approved it and that’s where you are got. it’s I paid them $5000 upfront $4899 to be exact and you can pay 1/3 upfront with some companies.and when the project is finished or near finish you can pay the rest. In the beginning I had Jason look at similar websites that I wanted my website to mimic he said oh yeah we can do that! It was horrible the website that I got I would not even call it a website it was just horrible.! I told them I wanted my money back That was a joke they sent this refund policy over that said you have 120 hours for the initial design to ask for a refund please read the refund policy before doing anything with company. Needless to say they told me I needed a dedicated server I paid them $1000 they gave me the thousand dollars back for the dedicated server which this company should have known before they took my money that I needed a dedicated server according to the website that I told them to mimic. Then you come back in the middle of building the website and telling me I need more money. but I’m still out $4899 no website and no money. I felt confident. Talk to a person by the name of David McMillan and Travis Williams please beware. I don’t have my $5000 back and I don’t have my website!. Now when you call them no one answers the phone and you send emails nobody responds to the emails. Buyer beware!!!
