The sheer amount of money I’ve dropped on delivery just to fulfill my addiction to Ume should be studied. Real talk though, this shop and their products are absolutely SUPERB, priced very fairly and always worth a detour for me.

Their topping selection might appear small perhaps in comparison with other shops, but look closer and you’ll find a focus on quality rather than quantity - I order from here at least once a week and I’ve yet to receive a drink with classic black boba where the pearls aren’t warm, soft all the way throughout and keeping their integrity. (Cooked pearls harden up once refrigerated, so that’s how you know Ume’s are always fresh!)

Their house milk tea (Ceylon) is a creamy, rich non-dairy masterpiece that actually “holds” onto robust tea flavor - it doesn’t feel like watery milk with the idea of tea. I often order the (in?)famous pink bucket milk tea which is an entire liter (1000 mL) of milk tea and up to three toppings of your choice for LESS THAN 9 DOLLARS! You can’t beat that kind of bargain!

Not a fan of milky tea? Don’t worry, Ume has you covered with fresh tea and fruity beverages available as well, though I can’t speak on their behalf as I’m so milk-tea-pilled haha

[I’m also a fan because their 30% sweetness actually is a perfectly just-sweet-enough, but I’m picky/sweetness is very subjective]

Now, not only are the drinks fab, but so is the food. From the small snack menu, I heavily recommend the popcorn chicken - it’s juicy, fragrant and with a delightful light crisp. Pair with a large milk tea and you get an excellent lunch or light dinner!

Lastly, the staff has always been very sweet and courteous + the shop itself has THE most on-point pink aesthetics. Check out their merch too, their bunny mascot has instant cute-appeal~

100000/10, I love this place and I hope it will never...

Stopped in this weekend for our first time because we both had our usual Boba craving and wanted to try someplace new. I am happy to say that Ume exceeded expectations and I already want to go back again to try more flavors. As with most Boba places they have a lot of great options on the menu and all different types of drinks. It was really hard to choose just one drink so I ended up choosing two. Parking is pretty easy in this area and pricing is fair. We decided to order via the kiosk and everything that we ordered was ready within 8 minutes. Inside is pretty small, there aren’t any tables to eat in, but there are some tables to wait while your food is being prepared. It is definitely more of a to-go type of place.

For my first time I wanted to try one of their classics and one of their newer drinks. I ordered the Crème Brûlée Boba and really loved it. It had the flavors that I expected and it was perfectly sweet. I also ordered a new drink which was the Strawberry Yogurt Slush with Crystal Boba. I will say that I prefer traditional or popping Boba more than crystal Boba, but still the liquid flavors in it were very good. I would just replace the crystal Boba if I were to order it again. I’ve also heard that their chicken is really good so next time I will try some of their savory items. I would definitely recommend to any...

5 stars I had an amazing experience at Ume Tea, and I just had to leave a review! I ordered the Taro Fresh Milk with Milk Pudding, and let me tell you—it was absolutely delicious. The taro flavor was rich and smooth without being overly sweet, and the fresh milk added a creamy, refreshing touch that balanced everything perfectly. What really stood out was the milk pudding—so soft, silky, and flavorful. It added a fun texture that made every sip even more enjoyable.

The drink was not only delicious but also beautifully made. You can tell they care about quality and presentation. I’ve tried taro drinks at other spots before, but this one easily tops them all. It might honestly be one of the best taro milk drinks I’ve ever had.

On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and patient with my questions. They even made a few recommendations, which I appreciated. Everything was made quickly, but still with care. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the product and the experience so well.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re a fan of taro, or even if you’re just curious to try something new. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more...
