COVID-19 SCARE AT THIS PLACE!!! I would like to report an incident that occurred at 7:40pm, 11-11-2020 at your Pizza Hut located on the corner of Palms and Sepulveda, Los Angeles. Me and my daughter arrived at Pizza Hut at 7:38pm to pick up our online order (3201111212427001332028345). When we entered the store, we saw that the employee wasn't wearing a mask or any face covering while preparing the food. When I questioned on why he wasn't wearing any face covering, he claimed that he didn't have coronavirus. I responded that regardless if he had COVID or not it's a state policy to have a face covering when you are working at any store. He replied by saying that he wasn't near our food. I responded back by saying that it doesn't matter if you were near my food or not you were near other people's food orders. I refused to pick up my order and requested to talk to the manager. He responded saying that there's no manger at the time. The other two store employees came to talk to me and asked me to leave. But they didn't ask other employee to wear a face covering or mask. I was recording this incident on my phone while the employees were saying that I wasn't allowed to record. We left from the store and came in our car and noticed that some one was running towards his car and started to follow us in a red sedan car. We were scared so we went in zig zags in some streets and he was STILL following us. Finally, we found a space to hide and he didn't notice us and left. We were very scared at that time. My request for the manager is to look into the store recording at that time and take the...
Read moreOverall, I am not apt to recommend any one particular location for a restaurant brand. Especially if the company has multiple locations catering to the needs of the public. I had a good experience at the Pizza Hut branch I last visited. The location was convenient for me as it is near my home. The service was fast and the store was clean. The employee quickly verified my identity since I ordered and paid online. She handed my order with minimal contact. One thing the company should offer their customers in the online process for ordering Delivery or Carryout is the option for "Curbside Pickup" for customers who walk to the location to pick up their order. Especially now that it is not safe to congregate inside an enclosed building the consumer and staff should have peace of mind in their safety if additional measures like this are in place. At the moment picking up Carryout orders outdoors is a better alternative to picking up indoors. It will help protect Pizza Hut staff and their valued customers. It is better to be safe than sorry, careful and precautionary for good measure and for the health and safety of the general public as a whole and as a community. Thank you for your consideration. ...
Read moreI called this number and ordered my 11-year-old son a pizza. I realized as I was talking to the guy, as he was about to take my credit card number, that there was a closer Pizza Hut to my house. I asked him if I were calling the right number. He said that it didn't matter as he was answering from a call center and he would route the order to the Pizza Hut in Venice. He said it would take long so I didn't call to check right away. An hour later, I called this number and they denied that the order had been made and had no record of it. I called the Venice store too just to see if they had been forwarded the order. They had no record of it either, Neither store was apologetic or offered to do anything. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could complain on their website. They took no responsibility. My son missed his dinner. I won't be ordering from...
