I placed a Mobil order on Sept. 22, 2023 @9:02pm. Came around 9:15-20 to pick up my order through the drive thru. I understand orders take a while to make because of foot traffic however I placed my order ahead of time to save time for both me and the worker/barista. The barista at the drive through approached the drive thru window. I told her I had a pick up for “Andrea” which she rudely asked me to go around again and place another order when I already did and she said they haven’t received my order yet and my order isn’t the only one that is being done. Understandable, therefore this caused an inconvenience to me because i had to park my car and get out to go collect my order at the window. There were no cars nor was it packed at that time. When I arrived at the pick up window another barista handed me my order that was already finished. The barista that was rude was latine and had long unhygienic eyelashes. There was no need for her to be rude and unfortunately this was only Starbucks location that was open and...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for some time now & have never had an issues with the baristas, but the manager, boy, does she have an attitude problem. Every time she rings me up or hands me my drinks she’s has the worst attitude. I didn’t get her name, but she has dark hair, wears black framed glasses, and wears a black apron that says “General Manager”. Today, I bought my drinks, they made them the wrong size (no problem) & was told I had to park & wait, still not an issue. However when I went to the window to get my drinks, the manager hands them to me & when I’m saying “Thank you, I really appreciate it” she slammed the window shut and walked away. I was caught off guard because I was not rude nor was I adversarial. It surprises me that a manger, whom is a representative of the company, acts in such a way. I mean if you’re unhappy with your job maybe you should get another one, like I did (worked at Coffee Bean...
Read moreI normally have a pleasant experience with this Starbucks, and normally I wouldn't fault a business or its employees for the occasional hiccup because we all make mistakes. Today, however, was too far in the opposite direction.
After tipping the cashier at the drive thru, I was given my coffee, which had a loose lid that ended up spilling all over the inside of my car after taking it to place in my center console.
The cashier was extremely apologetic and brought me a new cup of coffee. After getting home and nearly finishing the cup, I was given the pleasant surprise of a mouthful of coffee grounds (see attached image). How high does a barista have to be to mess up this bad?
Needless to say, I would ask for a refund, but I made the mistake of not grabbing a receipt. I think I'll be sticking to my...
