Thai Beam Cuisine — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have ordered from them twice and eaten the food once. "But how is that even possible" you say? :Let me just tell ya. When I first ordered there, I got delivery to the CSULA dorms and the delivery was on time. I got Drunken Noodle with Chicken, wonton soup and egg rolls. This time, I ordered pretty much the same thing for delivery. I ordered from the Eat24 app and was quoted 60-90 minutes for delivery. Which is odd since the restaurant is about 3 miles away tops. At 60 minutes, my food had still not arrived so I communicated with the app, who told me the food was on its way. A few minutes later, I called the restaurant, and they told me the same thing, that the food was on its way. Both me and the Eat24 operators were communicating with them who kept telling us that the food was on its way. At this point, my food was an hour and a half late. I call the restaurant and speak with a woman who said that the driver was on the way but that they no longer deliver to CSULA, something they never said on the phone the previous several times we spoke and they never said to the Eat 24 operators. I hang up and wait about 10 more minutes, no call, no delivery. I call again and I speak with a man who insists that I cancelled my order, that the food was not on its way. Why would I cancel my food? My roommate, who was right next to me the entire time never heard me say I cancelled my order. They still insisted I cancelled and said they would not fill my order. This place is under 3 miles from me. There is no reason not to deliver. It's no matter now because I will NEVER order from them again. very bad service. I requested for home delivery and specifically said no mushroom and when I got the food there was mushrooms in soup and pad thai. When I called them they didnt agree that they had put mushrooms. I have all their food as it is and also pictures of it. they are liers. After arguing with them so much he disconnected my phone.

Will never recommend this restaurant. Especially if you are allergic to something better not to go to such restaurant, you will end up...

The spicy garlic fried chicken is good. Nice spicy taste to it. The Thai ice tea is good too.
