As a former retail/business owner, I must write that my experience here was the worst experience I have ever had with a brick and mortar. I came here and had let the person working the front counter know that I was in need of renting the smallest snake possible for a shower drain. They directed me to , what they said at the time was the smallest snake, and so I went with that one. So I get it home and the cable is too big! I take it back and I tried to explain the situation and the owner treated me like I had an hidden agenda. I asked him if they had a smaller ones for shower drains and he said yes. I asked him “why wasn’t I given that information before?” He then proceeded to treat me in the worst way I’ve ever been treated by someone who is the actual owner of a business! He said he thought I was full of “Baloney”. I would not recommend this place at all and really ashamed to write that you are better off going to Home...

Walked in to Newland Hardware store on the Drive in El Sereno. Staff there greeted me upon entrance. The gentleman was knowledgeable and took me right to where I needed to go. After all, the area is a tough one. Walked out within 5 minutes and I was omw back home to take care of my small 911. Handled. I recommend this place of business to all in need of help. Awesome!!
