Got in contact with Fran from Los Angeles Sign Company and had them come out to my building to get me a quote on new signs for the entire 50,000 sq ft building. Spent about an hour with her going over everything and followed up with a complete outline of each sign we will need. After two weeks of waiting for a response she will not return emails. I use an email tracking service which shows me each time she opens my emails, so I see she is getting them and opening the emails/attachments. No response from her. Last email I sent I said that I've given up and will leave a negative review, still no response. Strange she wasted over an hour of her time, she also wasted two weeks of mine waiting for her to quote the job. Going with another vendor now. Glad this all happened the new vendor gave me some great ideas and has been very responsive. Just putting out...

Came back to them after the first sign. Amazing work as always!! I don’t need to worry about permit, dealing with City, installation.. they took care of everything and kept me posted along the way. All my sign looks fantastic! If I have a 3rd store, I’ll reach out to them again! Fran is the best!! She’s so knowledgeable, patient and helpful! We end up ordering 2 pole signs from them. I was about to ask about the progress after a week, she called me said the sign is already installed that morning! I was so impressed! And it’s good quality! Amazing!...
