I stayed for one night at this place with my brother a week ago. We were booked for longer than that but it was so awful we had to leave and find somewhere else. The problems with it are:||||1) It's shared accommodation, which is not very clear from the website. You have your own room but you're surrounded by others in their rooms and the kitchen is shared.||||2) The sheets were dirty with blood stains - this is often a sign of bed bugs from when they excrete partially digested human blood onto the sheets. See the photos below. As well as the blood stains, the sheets had lighter coloured stains of unknown origin but which look like they come from human bodily fluids.||||3) The floor was filthy, as were the runners on the wardrobe door. You can see this in the photo below, where the sole of my brother's foot is also visible: it's so dirty from just standing on the floor in the room. When I looked at the soles of my feet after walking barefoot in the room they were covered in dirt.||||4) There were other unexplained stains and marks on the walls, also visible in the pictures.||||5) The air conditioning for all the rooms is centrally controlled by a unit on the wall of the landing. That's right, if you switch the air conditioning on in your room, someone from another room can go and switch it off or vice versa. There is a vent in the room to block the air conditioning but it doesn't really work and definitely lets the noise in. This is not explained on the website.||||As you can see in the photo below, the owners promise in writing that 'your room is delivered to you clean', which is what anyone would expect when paying money for accommodation. Despite the fact that it wasn't clean and the owners had therefore broken their side of the bargain, they would still only return roughly half of the money for our stay - and they had the cheek to refer to this as a 'goodwill' gesture!||||This place may seem cheap but it's a false economy. Thieves run this place! Be aware and stay away! I have rented a hotel room with them only to find out at the same night that the address is different and that just a room in a house where I have two keys one for the bedroom and second for the bath across the hallway where the rest of the property rented to Chinese people how was cooking god know what making the house smell awful, I called them to ask to clear this out but they said no that was you signed for (you know when they send me the document to sign? at 8:25 PM of the same day that I am checking in the reason is to hide there dirty game and force people to accept! I told him I don't want it and left the property and went to 7 hotels before I found one for almost double the price (since it's the same night they charge more then reservation in advance) and stayed there for my visit and didn't use there property at all yet they refuse to refund me and charge me the full amount! Even when I called him to tell him there must be a mistake here he already have his answer prepared as they do that all the time and just hang the phone on me.. as they advertise it as a hotel room like any other...

Place was pretty nice, really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights! Only downfall is the homeless people across the street. Literally tweaker central, had a experienced the other day with a tweaker dude blocking the gate entrance and coming up and touching my car and spreading BBQ sauce on the hood of my car and the back[didnt have my taser or pepper spray so couldnt do nothing], but yeah. He did the exact same thing to a parked car infront of the place, shoved toilet paper in somebody's grill, so please please if you're gonna park outside park away from the liquor store because I've seen multiple homeless people mess with others car the 2 nights I've been there. Or, if you park inside to park away from the gate entrance.. ALSO! Bring YOUR own towels! I've seen people complain about the towels but clearly they didnt read the fine print. This is NOT a hotel so please clean after yourself. Shower, the hot water takes some time to come up aswell.. but so far this was the experience my friends and I had.. Would totally come back here...
