Don’t trust their pricing. Very disappointed to find that this retailer overcharges. I was visiting LA on Dec 24 and bought a pair of Mondo Mondo earrings for $335.00. That evening I checked the brand’s own website to find that they sell the same earrings for a regular price of $290.00. I flew home on Dec 25, but called the store on Dec 26th to complain. The woman I spoke to verified that the Mondo Mondo website showed a price that was $45 less than Mohawk charged me. She said that she would speak to a manager and call me back. She didn’t. So, a couple days later I called again and a different woman I spoke to said that they sometimes charge more than manufacturer’s suggested selling prices, that the operations manager was away until Monday, but that I’d get a call back on Monday. Had such a weird and combative interaction with two of your staff AFTER spending money in store (I wasn’t even being rude). I honestly don’t even want to outline the experience line by line, because as an independent retailer, why would you care when the moneys already in your bank account and paying off that big house.

This place, the men’s store, most of their employees unfortunalty have none. Period. Not surprised by all the comments mentioning the exact same thing…. Beside not overcharging for pieces you can find HALF the price in 2 clicks, what they could do to stop losing customers, is fixing their employee’s attitude.
