Naturewell Vegan Juice & Smoothies — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I placed an order this morning and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location I proceeded to call the business multiple times I have proof of that. I finally was able to get another number from the Google website I called and the gentleman said that he couldn’t give me his name so he refused to give me his name so that I can write down who I spoke to and then he said that he was not able to help me at all that the company cannot refund or help customers with orders that were placed through the app which is Charles something and he was not able to give me details as far as to how to cancel the order he just said I had to get the app and he didn’t know how to do that and then he was a bit rude about it he still didn’t want to give me his name and he said that even though it didn’t make any sense to me and made perfect sense to them so that situation is like this wouldn’t happen extremely rude he had sort of like a Latin accent didn’t want to give me his name this is by far the worst customer experience I have had in a very long time beware online ordering terrible customer service terrible thankfully I came to nature while on Melrose because I am in Hollywood and so I was able to get a smoothie before this other smoothie at this other place would’ve even been ready the lady here Anna at nature well which is not the nature while ink that is on sunset she made a very delicious smoothie for me she was very sweet she saw me with my baby she saw my baby had been crying because she was in the car while I was trying to drive and just get a smoothie in the morning and have a good day and she just clearly made it such a good day for me she was a very nice woman and made a delicious healthy smoothie with the best attitude so if you don’t mind driving to Melrose instead of being held food by very negative energy employees at this location give...

But first organic vegan fruit juice. For to drink is a necessity, but to drink organically is an art. Healthy starts here at Naturewell. This little organic juice/smoothie bar offer 100% natural organic fruits and vegetables. They’re located between Hyperion and Lucile avenues on Sunset blvd at Silverlake section of LA. They have one other location in Altadena. There aren’t many great organic vegan juice bar in LA but I dare say that Naturewell is one of them. I arrived on a Friday morning and was warmly greeted by a young male staff. Their interior atmosphere and design was homie and quaint, respectively. I perused their wide selection of juices & smoothies. I end up ordering a Healthy Heart Juice (20 oz), a concoction of apple, blueberry, celery, spinach, strawberries and grapes. They offer a 16 oz (WW) and 20 oz (Yoda) cup sizes. I chose Master Yoda. Lolz. My juice was delightful and I can definitely taste every ingredients. It’s not too watery unlike other organic juice bars that I have been to. Staff was obsequious, competent, and followed health protocol. Service was on point. Prices were fair and honestly very competitive. In this modest review, I can say I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered and exited their juice bar. Street metered parking only. NATUREWELL ON SUNSET MALE STORE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF COCO WAS DISPLAYING VERY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR.

I write this review to warn anyone who is sensitive to aggressive behavior. If aggressive screaming triggers you I would highly recommend avoiding this store, I am a female who was screaming at very loudly by a male employee by the name of Coco. A female employee tried to calm him down and he shoved her off and just got louder. He was leaning way over the counter yelling very loudly at me, I have immediately contacted the Naturewell LA (on sunset) manager I will keep everyone posted with his response to this manner.

There were 3 other employees working at this time of this incident and all three of them deeply apologized to me for Coco’s screaming and aggressive behavior towards me. I appreciate their apology but I definitely do not feel safe going back into that store. I hope something will be done about this employee.
