This is a small family owned business (support small business!). We bought two chairs and a bookshelf from here. The chairs were custom made (custom meeting we picked out the fabric and they were made specially for us, but they were the same style as what they had in the store). There was a little snafu with the fabric, unfortunately the place they get the fabric had to mix up and ultimately the fabric they made the chairs was was (close to, but) the wrong color.This was especially disappointing because we had to rent a truck to pick up the chairs which was wasted time and money.

Billy, one of the owners, went above and beyond to correct this error. The fabric we originally selected wasn't available anymore (part of the mix-up which seemed to be the fabric place's fault) so Billy brought the new options to our home to select a new one. Honestly I like the new color better anyway... He had the chairs reupholstered surprisingly quickly and delivered them himself to make up for the mix up.

While initially disappointing, these things happen, but the amazing service, friendly attitude, great quality that Billy and Moti Roma provided more than made up for it. We really love our new furniture. The price was great. We will return again next time we...
