Attention owner. Came to the store my family and friends have bought dresses there. I also have bought many years ago retail. The customer service is terrible the front lady Sandra was rude contradicted herself several times to lastly tell me they sell wholesale. I asked her the price on the dress that’s was $249.00 since they usually are like $150 because I have bought there before and she said $249.00 and I said but that’s the original price and she said yes and then again said I’m by myself and we sell wholesale. Did not want to help me. Please teach your staff customer service my daughters and friends like to buy dresses there but are. Nice dresses, bad customer service.

The workers were bad mouthing some of the customers in Spanish. The customers did not speak Spanish so they did not understand but I did. If you are selling clothing you should expect customers to want to try clothes. If you want to limit customers to only try 1 dress, put a sign on the front door instead of saying rude things about them out loud!
