Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is the worse Jack in the box that I have ever been to. They are always messing up the orders because they seem to be worried in meeting some sort of time requirement or competition. They ask many cars in the drive through to move forward away from the window and then they send a staff person to drop off the order (this wouldn't be an issue if that person waited as we double check the order because 99.9% of the time it will be wrong). They don't put sauce in the tacos. Soda always seems flat. I've gotten dirty looks as if I'm the one to blame for their mistakes or if I ask them to please double check the order. I've given them many and I do mean many opportunities but I've been let down so many times that I'd rather drive out to a different community to get my Jack's. I don't remember rating jack in the box in the last week but it says I did... Anyway. I usually don't go during the day but when I have it is usually busy, I only go through the drive though. Only once did I eat inside and it was pretty empty, except for a homeless they had in there which I think they need to work on since a few reviews have stated the same. The homeless also approached the table I was at. At night(11pm-4am) is when customer service is at its best(most of the time). Some of the employees hook it up. There are two employees(an African american& a Hispanic) I haven't seen in a while though. They were always very polite and customer service oriented. The hispanic employee always made great conversation with my bf and I, made us feel very welcome. But lately they have been changing the employees working graveyard a lot. Not the...

I LOVE Jack in the Box... There have been 3 separate times (in the last 2 weeks) I've tried to go to this location late night. Once at 2:04, once at 1:36, and once at 1:45... The reason I know these "exact" times is because I had to point them out to the manager/employee that stood on the other side of the window telling me they were closed (not by speaking, but by doing the "neck cut sign language" and then avoiding eye contact)... The hours are LITERALLY on that SAME WINDOW saying they don't close til 2:30... So I'm guessing the clocks are just hard to read in this particular location, may want to give them a "digital" clock budget.

So now McDonald's is my "go to late night spot" after work from now on.
