I don't spend my time writing reviews often unless there is some noteworthy reason to do so. Either a stellar experience or a horrible one, in hopes to help others in their search for whatever it may be. I'll start off by saying this is my very first experience in starting my own business and it is daunting to say the least. I knew I needed to hire a legal team that I could #1 Trust #2 knew what they were doing, and #3 Felt like they are on my team in trying to help me build my business and not just take my money. I was planning on interviewing a few trademark attorneys and then making my decision from there (as I always do this type of process when making bigger decisions and financial commitments) I scheduled a consult with Nuzayra and was absolutely blown away and knew while I was in the consult I had no reason to look elsewhere (again I never do this) She was extremely interested in listening to what my vision was, goals, desires, concerns, and answered the many questions a rookie business owner would have. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable while still managing to convey a real sense of understating and caring about what you are needing and how she can provide it. I pulled the trigger on the call to work with her and I'm so happy I did. After I signed the contract with her I worried I may just be another number in the business but that has not been the case at all. She is still available when I need her! Nicolas is also a part of the team and was very quick to introduce himself and has worked with me closely on my trademark process. There are many things I did not understand and he immediately scheduled time to help me or explain things to me. I also asked them for a change in something AFTER they had done work on my trademark. A real pain, I know. However, they both found a way to again listen to what I was wanting and make it happen without being negative about it. Nicolas is very patient, knowledgeable, and consistent in communicating and helping you along in this process. I am so grateful I found them! I wouldn't choose another team over them to work with and if I could give them 1000 stars I would in a heartbeat. IF you appreciate professionalism, people who care what you want when you are paying them, and you want to feel they are truly on your team and want to help you, this is the place for it!
