Always excellent customer service!!! I've interacted with Peter Lopez most recently and he's amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me during the holidays because both of them helped me during hugely busy buying days (namely xmas and mother's day), even though they were BURIED under all the work. Since (despite all the help Peter has been giving me to try and fix the issues with my account) I am still unable to write the reviews on everything I've purchases, I'll give thumbnail of each product:

Lavender freshwater pearl earrings 7.5-8mm: beautiful pure light lavender color.

Peacock 8-9mm akoya pearl stud earrings: beautiful dark grey-blue color with green highlights, excellent deal.

Golden 8-9mm akoya pearl stud earrings: lovely pale gold color, great price.

Blue 8-9mm akoya pearl stud earrings: beautiful silvery pale blue metallic, reflects ambient colors.

AAA 9-10mm golden south sea pearl studs: AMAZING! Deep, rich golden color, LOVE them, killer price.

8.7-10.7mm graduated baroque tahitian pearl necklace: 2DIE4! Incredible dark green base color with hints of blue, gold and silver, very reflective of ambient light. Probably my fave piece of jewelry I've purchased from them. They are truly stunning and I am thrilled with them.

okay so to be honest i did not have the greatest experience with pearl paradise as i waited longer than expected to receive my parcel, and before i did i had to send countless emails to get some attention,little did i know that the right person was getting these emails. A man by the name Peter Lopez attended to me and my problem and i honestly say what started off as a 1 star nightmare took a complete turn into a great experience, the problem was not with the company but customs, i would strongly urge everyone to spend the little extra money on fedex shipment as this will make the pearl paradise a great experience, they actually care about their customers and thier products are amazing. i just recieved my pearl and i could be happier. again thank you so much Peter Lopez for taking the time to make sure everything...

If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would give it. I ordered a custom ring with 2 certified Hanadama pearls from japan, and the way the staff responded to my inquiries was amazing. They were on top of my questions and concerns, which made me choose them to make my ring. I know there are a lot of pearl vendors out there, but for some reasons I trusted them, and I have no regrets. Pearl Paradise was able to let me come and pick up the ring. Once I saw the ring in person, I was a very happy camper.
